CColleen NelsonWe had a great stay - part of a wedding group and dozens of family members staying in this hotel. Staff was very friendly and plentiful...especially important in the morning during breakfast! The food was good and they did a good job of keeping things full and hot. My only complaint was that our king room was quite small and the headboard of the bed was against the wall shared with the bathroom...so ”noises” were a problem in the morning.

宥宥儒The hotel’s western restaurant tastes so delicious; the lobby is magnificent and luxurious, but the rooms are a little bit unsatisfactory. It would be perfect if the bed sheets and quilts in the room could keep up with the high standards.

JJohn ReubenThe room was spacious but the aircon was leaking onto the carpet. The lighting was adequate and the beds were comfortable. Having breakfast included was definitely convenient because I had an early walk to the convention center. Daily cleaning was also a plus for this property.

RrhemagrlThe service was great! It was an elegant setting, clean and our stay was noise free. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious! Our only concern was it was advertised as free breakffast included and it was not included. This was an added expense and inconvenience to go somewhere else that has comparable food for less.

MMyty LouWe love Embassy Suites by Hilton! Number 1 reason for its safety and cleanliness! We stayed there for 6 nights, and it felt like home. They have a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, TVs in the bedroom and living room, and the crib we requested for the baby! Plus points for the laundry on the second floor! Their breakfast is great, but, you know, six days with the same breakfast? I'd rather sleep. LOL! Seriously, we love how cozy our room is!

TTing Yu Chang:)I am staying in room 134. The receptionist in the morning was very kind, and the cleaning staff were very diligent. The room was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely come again next time. Excellent!

GGuest UserMotel lobby and breakfast area both closed in February 2023 door signed “closed due to Covid”. Appears real reason is just to save upkeep cost. Cold breakfast consists of 2 bars a package of low cost muffins and a tangerine. Room had missing facial tissues, missing wash cloth, stained carpet, damaged window covering. Dogs allowed and I got to listen to a barking dog all evening. Needless to say I’m going to choose other lodging in this area in the future.
