The hotel is an older hotel, but the rooms and corridors have been renovated in a modern and simple style, which is not bad. The only bad thing about the room is that the toilet is very low, similar to a child's toilet. The hotel staff are friendly from the front desk to customer service to maintenance. There is no walking path around the hotel, which is not very friendly to guests who do not have a car

My experience was 5 star. The water pressure was great, the HVAC system was quiet, I never heard it cycle off and on, the bathroom light was perfect for makeup, the mattress was comfortable and so where the pillows and last but should be first, upon my check-in, I was greeted and treated very well by front desk staff Kiana and Steven. I saw Steven the next day and he was consistent in that he was helpful and gracious.

JJACK-YANG88There is a large shopping mall and shopping center near the hotel. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. The owner is an Indian who is more enthusiastic and friendly.
