"Elegant location, polite and friendly staff, very convenient location. Throughout our stay, we found the staff always ready to accommodate our requests, room service was prompt when we requested it, and we enjoyed an excellent seafood dinner at the restaurant. The pizza, which the children also ordered, was excellent. The room we booked was truly comfortable: two double beds, double exposure with a panoramic view, efficient air conditioning, and excellent beds. The only downside is the shared terrace with the next room, which doesn't guarantee complete privacy, but overall it wasn't too much of a bother. We'll definitely be back."

"The main building is stately and beautiful as the pictures show. The surroundings are noisy with a busy road and the location is not as scenic as the website illustrates. We were welcomed by a nice receptionist who did not speak English. Therefore, we were not explained that we had to reserve a table in the restaurant for dinner. So, we did not have a pleasant dining experience. When we asked the receptionist (a different one) if it was possible to have room service, he said that it was not possible. When we asked why we had not been made aware that we had to reserve a table for dinner, he questioned this, said that it was routine for everyone to receive this message upon arrival, as if we were lying. It felt undignified and was a not very pleasant experience. We had to drive down to the city and finally found a pizza restaurant. The spa department is old but the massage session was excellent with a good masseuse. We suppose to have a robe in our Superior room, no robes where found, so we thought we might get those in the Spa. But, we did not. She told us to talk to the reception, but after the unpleasant experience last night, we did not want to. The outdoor pool was closed when we arrived, so unfortunately we were not able to use it. The entire facility except for the mainbuilding is ready for a makeover. As for service, we will give the hotell just 2 stars."

"This is probably the best hotel in the city. The service and everything else were excellent, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were new… The only downside is the very old-fashioned key that comes with a super heavy hammer… It's a top choice for business trips. The only drawback is that the heating isn't very effective… I woke up freezing in the middle of the night."

"The structure is very beautiful, I think one of a kind. An ancient 19th century village transformed into a resort that retains all its charm. The service was almost impeccable, they met our every need. Unfortunately the spa is not up to the standard of the resort, it doesn't offer much except two swimming pools, a sauna and an emotional shower. The restaurant is quite expensive, if we also consider that a 750 CL bottle of water costs €6. Too bad for the mistake made on the account in the end which made us waste a lot of time and created inconvenience.
