The home is named for its "Tree Top" setting - atop a hill - which makes for great star-gazing and affords magnificent views of the mountains and Ponderosa Pines that surround this quaint neighborhood and town.
NOTE: Since the home sits high on the lot, the DRIVEWAY IS STEEP and should NOT BE USED if a vehicle does not have high-clearance in the front/back, or during the cold winter months and/or when weather conditions or forecasts include rain, snow or any other type of condensation.
