Also, the Operations Director, Anson Chen, provided incredibly thoughtful and enthusiastic service. "I wasn't originally planning to visit Pujiang when I was in Yiwu, but I stumbled upon Shenlixia online and impulsively decided to check it out. I booked this hotel, which is super close to the scenic area and very convenient to drive to. After checking in, I actually left the room right away. I came back late, exhausted from sightseeing, and just wanted to shower and rest. The room was spotless, and the toiletries were all well-stocked. I hadn't shaved in days, so I called down to the front desk and they promptly brought up a disposable razor – a really thoughtful detail! After a refreshing shower, I fell asleep instantly. The next day, I slept until past 1 PM, and they didn't rush me to check out, which was fantastic. I've stayed in many hotels where housekeeping woke me up, so this was a truly pleasant surprise. The owner must be young – hats off to this hotel!"

"This newly opened luxury hotel is located east of Jinshihu Park, offering stunning lake and city views from its rooms. It's also adjacent to the Wangu Pujiang Heart Shopping Mall, making dining, shopping, and parking very convenient. Upon check-in, Mr. Ma, the receptionist, thoughtfully arranged the appropriate floor and room location, and even provided fruit. His team also provided a smooth and efficient service experience – a big thumbs up! 👍 The children thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's restaurants and swimming pool. I didn't have time to visit the executive lounge, so I can't comment on it yet; I'll give the facilities half a star for now and add more later after I visit."

We dragged stools, played cards, and walked from evening to midnight, and started again at 6 o'clock in the daytime. I felt very hot after taking a shower at around 10 o'clock last night, so I turned on the air conditioner. I didn't expect that the central air conditioner only had hot air but no cold air. I called to complain. The night shift waiter might have been sleeping or dozing off and was woken up by my phone call, so his attitude on the phone was very bad and impatient. He even said that the weather was cool in the past two days, so the hotel turned off the cold air. I asked the engineering department to turn it on, and he shirked it again, saying that it was so late and everyone had gone home after get off work! It was only a little after 10 o'clock, how late? It was not past midnight. Besides, in such a big hotel, the engineering department must have someone on duty, just like the security guards and room attendants. What if there was a broken equipment that needed to be repaired? He actually lied to me that he was off work and treated the guests as 3-year-old children to trick them! Finally, after much persuasion, she told the waiter to send an electric fan to my room. I want to complain about this waiter. As the saying goes, "The customer is God!" I won't do anything if God asks me to do something. What can you do to me! What kind of service attitude is this! Do you really think you are the boss's wife? If you want to save money, why do you install central air conditioning in your hotel? Wouldn't it be cheaper to install wall mounted units? Wait until all the guests run away because they are dying of heat without air conditioning, and then they won't come and there will be no business. That way, it will save more money! Can't you tell which is bigger, a watermelon or a sesame seed? This waiter actually disregarded the golden signboard of the "Kaiyuan Manju" Hotel Group and the vital interests of the customers! I was originally planning to stay here for 3 days when I came to Pujiang on a business trip. Even the room for the second day has been booked. You can check it on your hotel computer! I stayed at this hotel because I saw that it had a high rating in the comments section. I believed in the brand of "Kaiyuan Hotel" Group. I didn't expect that I was so angry about what the waiter did that I immediately cancelled the order and didn't sleep well for one night. I checked out early the next morning and moved to Hanting Hotel under "Huazhu Club". After all, Orange Crystal, All Seasons, and Hanting under "Huazhu Club" have better facilities and services! They are much more reliable! They won't stop guests from using air conditioners just to save money! The choice should be given to the guests! ***, now even if it is an individual private small hotel without central air conditioning and only hanging air conditioners, the boss will not restrict you from using it! Since your hotel has installed central air conditioning but doesn't allow guests to use it, is it a decoration? Besides, can people still live in a hotel without air conditioning now? There is nothing delicious for breakfast. The room price of 300 yuan is so expensive, the air conditioner can't be used, and the breakfast is poor. It's not as good as other private small hotels of 100 yuan. I will never stay here again! Here I would also like to advise everyone who reads my comments not to be deceived like me and stay at the "Kaiyuan Manju" Hotel in Pujiang, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province again. The central air conditioning does not work and the breakfast is poor. Whoever stays there will regret it!!!"
