This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable with great attention to detail. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making both check-in and check-out very efficient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and family vacations. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit and highly recommend it to everyone!

Overall: The hotel location is great, the room is nice, the staff are very polite, and the hygiene is excellent. They met all our requests for deliveries. Of course, the price was higher due to it being the summer holiday. Breakfast: We checked in with 2 adults and 2 children. The older child was already past the age for free breakfast, but the lovely lady at the front desk still gave them a complimentary spot. Late-night self-service warm congee: We went both nights. They had millet congee, rice congee, meat buns, pickled vegetables, salted duck eggs, etc. Although simple, it was very heartwarming. Freshly ground coffee: Unlimited, and they thoughtfully provided takeaway cups. Laundry service: Late at night, staff helped wash, dry, and bag our laundry, so we didn't have to wait around.

This hotel is very close to Qingdao North Railway Station and Yongping Road subway entrance, making it super convenient for travelers with luggage. The room was clean and hygienic, with bright windows providing excellent natural light. The wet/dry separation in the bathroom was very practical. The room facilities were complete. As for hygiene, it was generally okay, but the faucet had noticeable water stains, and there were some stains on the duvet cover. The carpet stains were also quite obvious. In terms of location, it's close to the high-speed rail station, about a taxi's minimum fare away. The lobby is on the 5th floor, which might be a bit confusing and hard to find for first-time guests. The front desk lady's service was good, but one gentleman seemed a bit inflexible – perhaps northern guys are just a bit aloof. The breakfast had a good variety, thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is conveniently located near Yongnian Road subway station, just a few minutes' walk around the corner. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, detailed, and kind. They were always responsive to our requests and proactively offered assistance during our stay. The laundry room with its smart assistant was a great convenience. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was consistently replenished, leaving us very satisfied. Our family room was spacious and bright, featuring two queen-sized beds. The Xiao Du smart voice control system was a handy feature. The shower had excellent water pressure and stable hot water temperature, which was wonderful for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
