"Halfway through the year, I still want to give this hotel my worst review of the year. 1. I booked a loft king room, but the air conditioner controller was downstairs, and the bed was upstairs. I tried to sleep with the air conditioner on at 1:30 AM, and it was as loud as a tractor. I had to go downstairs to turn it off. After several trips, I still couldn't sleep. 2. I told the front desk they could arrange a lower-priced room, and they sent security to take me there. The first thing the old man said was, "What's wrong?" I was furious. I had to patiently explain for ages. 3. After being moved to a lower-priced room, the front desk didn't arrange a refund. They didn't even offer a word of concern when we met in the morning. I even reminded them to get the air conditioner fixed and install a remote control for the upstairs room, otherwise it would be unbearable. 4. I borrowed an umbrella when I checked out, and when I returned, one corner of the fabric was frayed. The front desk girl politely asked if it was like that when I left. I said I couldn't remember, but I noticed it when I came back and hoped they could sew it up. The girl turned away and sighed twice. 5. After returning my umbrella, I sat down to rest for ten minutes near the front desk, completely soaked. The three women and one man at the front desk didn't offer any concern or a cup of hot water. One of the women simply made herself a cup of green tea and enjoyed it. I was utterly disheartened. 6. I've never given a hotel such a serious negative review. This hotel's facilities and service are so bad; they seem to have complete control over their customers, leaving them with no recourse. They should learn from Atour Hotel; at least they ask a few more questions and offer a bottle of water after guests leave."

"This is newly renovated at a great location that have many eateries nearby. The room is spacious, clean, nicely designed. Great for 3 pax family. It also has laundry facility that makes our stay convenient. The breakfast spread is great and we enjoy it very much. Will stay in this hotel again if I return to Qufu for holiday. Thanks for the great accommodation and stay."

"🏢 : The outside is a bit old but the reception place is bright and clear, easy to get around. 🏙️ : the location is absolutely amazing, very near to all that should be visited in QuFu 🚬 : although public areas are smoking free, it smelled terribly bad cigarettes. Even inside my room, it smelled strong odor of tobacco which was unpleasant. 🧹 : cleanliness is average and could be improved as I found some ashes and one or two peels of sunflower seeds. 🥞 Breakfast served is Chinese cuisine, very rich and delicious. Very much liked it ! Nice music during shower time which is put automatically. Good quality bed, very enjoyable sleep. Overall nice service from people working there."

"The room was nice, spacious, bright, clean, and economical; the hallway was beautiful and comfortable. The only downside was that my room was right next to the road, so even with the windows closed, some noise still got in… but overall I was very satisfied. I give it a good review!"

"The environment is great, and it's very soundproof. I've stayed in many hotels in Qufu, and they all have soundproofing issues, but this one is the best. The best part is the front desk! Their service attitude is excellent, making me happy every day. They even washed our clothes and dried them for us before bringing them back up! When we left, they didn't forget to give us two bottles of water! Such kind people! Everyone should stay here! 🤤"

"The hotel is in a great location, right next to a large supermarket and a bustling night market. It's affordable, and dining options are convenient. The hotel facilities are truly excellent, with smart technology throughout, which the children loved. The lobby is spacious and clean, and the rooms are freshly decorated. The staff were very welcoming and polite. This trip to Qufu was a wonderful experience. I'm grateful for the friendly hospitality of the hotel staff. I'll definitely stay with you again. I wish you continued success and continued success."
