"Friendly service and excellent staffs Room was clean. 1 Master bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Both room hs toilet. The masterbath room has a bathrub but its old and cracking. WiFi provided Breakfast is included and required pre-order. Don’t expect much from the breakfast buffet spread s but does the job to keep you full. In terms of taste,the food tasted delicious. Facility require RM200 refundaböe deposits per night. Water supply was sufficient. We were 2 pairs of adult couple staying for one Night."

"Great cottages in fabulous location with fantastic views. All mod cons in rooms including A/C and a ceiling fan. Good breakfast. Cute photo opportunities in the big cup and next to big teapot. The souvenir shop was very good. The best we've come across on our travels in Borneo. It had a good selection of books about Borneo. The only issue I had was that if one of each book was "unwrapped" (no cellophane wrapping) so one could see inside it, I would have bought more books I think. But when one can't see the type of book or style of writing or if it includes photos, it is difficult to decide on the purchase. Just one unwrapped of each book would probably promote more sales."

"There is no fan or air conditioner. It is a bit hot during the afternoon, but the weather is comfortable at night. The house is clean, and the overall cleanliness is satisfactory. However, the toilet window is too large and is only covered by a mesh screen. At night, people outside can still see shadows through the light inside. Also, the window can be opened from the outside, which makes it feel unsafe. The view of Mount Kinabalu from the entrance is very nice. (There are a lot of insects at night. It is recommended to prepare some insect repellent.)"
