"Normally Comfort Inn is good at everything but this one in particular was just OK. I checked in with my family very late almost 11 PM. The room provided was did not look clean and did not smelled good,. I had tiring drive of 5 hours, so did not wanted to go back to helpdesk an spend another 30 minutes asking another room, also did not wanted to disturb neighbouring stay. I have observed that if you are checkin late room provided is not upto quality and that is the reason I had called the front desk and requested to provide a good room but not much was done. Besides that only one key was provided. Bed did not looked clean. Had a pathetic shower. The only good part was Breakfast which awesome and hot tub was great. Overall an average one but I will avoid this one in future."

"We have stayed at the Americana numerous times when in Redding, CA. It has a very central location, easy to walk to many great restaurants, it even has a Dutch Bros. Coffee across the street. The management and staff have always been very kind and helpful any time we have a request or just a question."

"Typical My Place, centrally located in Redding near the highway I-5. nearly all the big fast food chains in the immediate neighbourhood, even to the supermarket (Safeway) it is not far. The room was spacious and clean without makeup. The small kitchen is My-Place standard, dishes are optionally available at the reception. There you can also be able to pack with smaller snacks and drinks in a need. Breakfast was not available."
