Ancillary services are okay, and pizza is just across the street. Can bring children. The room is small and not suitable for an extra bed. Toothbrush without toothpaste."

"The hotel for more than 6,000 nights is only part of the sea view, and the rest is the small beach of other houses, simple cars, and the scenery. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed is big and comfortable, but the noise of the air conditioner seriously affects sleep. The hotel’s seaside restaurant is good, while enjoying the food, watching the sunset."

"Very welcoming hotel, complimentary welcome pack with cookie, bottled water, and reusable water bottle upon arrival. Friendly receptionist who speaks French. The pool area and bar/restaurant are very pleasant. Delicious meals and cocktails. Free shuttle to the city center every hour. Highly recommend this hotel 😉"

"The room was fantastic! This was the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to the US!!! No doubt about it!!! Conveniently located with plenty of food options, close to a supermarket, and even a Chinese-run noodle shop nearby! A gas station is right outside, which is great. Aside from the lack of an elevator for carrying luggage, everything else was fine. The room was spacious, the living room was large, and you could even cook."

"Hotel location is good, 9 minutes walk from Hemingway's former residence, very close to the iconic photo punching resort, the hotel is new, parking is convenient, the charge is reasonable, the front desk attitude is good."

"Fantastic stay. Levi at front desk was so accommodating. Showed me two available rooms and let me choose. Actually walked with me to the rooms. We weekend in the Keys every couple months,and it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such friendly service. Kudos to Levi.  It was our first time staying at the Pier House. We will definitely be back. Thank You Pier House. We had a great time."

"There are fewer breakfast categories, the room is Unicom room, really need an extra bed, it will be a bit crowded; our big bed is not crowded. There are swimming pools and Jacuzzi, and there are very few people. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the square to see, drive about 20 minutes or so, and get off at regular intervals. There is free parking, you ask the front desk, the front desk said that there is a fee, but I did not check the account later."

"The hotel is very good, but not a giant hotel, in a beautiful environment as long as you are in the hotel (face to the marina) but in a +/- industrial area but safe. A ship is available every hour for you to take to the city (about 15min car). Room very clean and spacious with balcony. 2 swimming pools and 3 restaurants in the hotel. Serviettes available for the swimming pool. Heat staff"

"This hotel is my favorite hotel in Florida. The hotel is not big, but the location is super good, just beside the sunset square. I was lucky enough to live in the best location of this hotel. The balcony is just outside the swimming pool and the Pacific Ocean. Invincible, I feel like I lived in the best location of the whole island. The room number is 316. If I can go to live, I can call to book this room. I will see the sun-filled bed and balcony in the afternoon. This feeling is so good, I regret that the itinerary arranged on this island is short."

"This hotel is a kind of more lively hotel, just at the cruise terminal. In the morning breakfast, there will be cruise ships of major cruise companies coming and parked, and will drive away in the afternoon! The hotel's people are all foreign friends and buddies come together for a holiday party, the pool is very lively, the pool view room will be noisy at night! Sea view room is ok! I feel that it is not so suitable for a family to bring children, if a few families bring children together! It's convenient to go anywhere, needless to say! But to say that it is convenient, there is not much in the center of Key West, which is very convenient! The hotel is good because of its location, so the price is not high! Nothing else to say, the service level is first class! Sea view room can see the setting sun!"
