The location is very nice. Basic sightseeing in Rome is a 10-15 minute walk. It's very safe because you can move around the hotel. The public safety is not bad either. Both metro and bus are nearby.
If I had to force it, there would be no windows because the place is a place. Therefore, ventilation is not possible. I don't have any trouble though.
Also, the bed is quite hard. Even though it's a double mattress, it's like two singles stuck together, so there's a dent in between, which is a bit worrying.

I couldn't pay well due to this inconvenience, but he was willing to respond on the day. When I entered the room, I was a little lost, but it was beautiful, reasonable, and close to tourist spots, so it was great!

Hotel location is very good, just looking for a half-day at the intersection of an n-shaped! I am in the main building, the hotel service is also very good, the room is big in Europe, clean and safe! Nearby are the attractions, as well as the Renaissance department store, even if you are shopping late, don't worry about safety!

The room was small but clean and the bathroom was quite big. There are many attractions nearby and we are all walking. There are not many types of breakfast, basically bread, but there are a lot of sauces, and it is delicious with bread. The favorite is the juice of the restaurant, which is great! Yogurt and coffee are not bad. Every time we leave the restaurant, we will take an apple or yogurt, the waiter will laugh and say goodbye, very warm!

Loved the location! Very easy to get to anything in Trevi. The fountain was a 2 minute walk. Tons of eating and drinking establishments within a short walk. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommend an Uber cuz they will come to the door where a taxi won’t and you have to drag you luggage to meet them.

MM32516****The service and the room are very satisfactory. If you need hot water, the front desk will help you bring up the kettle. Compared with the old and dilapidated houses in Switzerland, it is simply a paradise. The surrounding area is very close to the attractions, and you can just walk like crazy + take an Uber. The view from the rooftop is also great, you can watch the sunset.

A special thanks to Roberta and Eduardo for their warmth and hospitality, and to Janette for the yummiest breakfast each morning! The location is perfect, with many great restaurants nearby and all the major sightseeing spots within walking distance. Highly recommend this place, can’t wait to come back!

AAnonymous UserHighly recommend this hotel! The location is about 7-8 minutes walk from Plaza de España and about five or six minutes from the fountain. Although the hotel is in an alley, the surrounding area is very lively, with restaurants and supermarkets downstairs. Because the decoration looked new, I booked it. I didn't expect that there was a spa bathtub (very large, two people can take a bath together) and a sauna in the room. On the first day of stay, we were given champagne as a gift. The breakfast was also an Italian-style breakfast, which suits my taste.
I think the service is impeccable. First of all, from the check-in, all the staff are very gentle, careful, and patient. They will introduce the hotel facilities and the operation methods of some functions in the room, and also recommend references such as surrounding food and transportation. The main thing is that the guy at the front desk is very handsome hahahaha 😂
We needed to get up early to catch the flight on the morning of our departure, so we asked in advance if they could prepare breakfast for us. They not only packed it for us and sent it to the room, but also gave us a cup of coffee☕️
All in all, if I go to Rome next time, I will definitely continue to stay here!

TTakakoI felt it was inconvenient that I couldn't get a taxi to the front of the hotel entrance because the road was narrow, but it was good that the porter carried my luggage to the place where the taxi arrived on the way back. The room stayed in a suite, so it was perfectly substantial and very good.

ZZhouwukuaile先説最大的優點，就在噴泉旁邊的公寓樓裏，簡直市中心，周圍特別熱鬧，而且附近一百米就有公交站，無論是步行還是公交都超級超級方便。
房間比較普通，老舊公寓那種，會有每日打掃，也會提供免費水。
前台服務時間比較短，得注意入住時間，而且讓我非常生氣的點就是，城市税刷卡直接給我用人民幣算~大家要注意一下哦

GGuest UserSince I was traveling to Italy with my mom, my mom's energy distribution was the most important thing, so I looked for a place where I could go into the hotel and rest whenever I wanted. At that moment, I found the Hiberia Hotel, which is a 10-20 minute walk to all the major tourist attractions and a 12 euro taxi ride to Termini Station! (It was a bit disappointing that there was no hookah in the shower room..)
The facilities were good, the rooms were spacious, the staff was very friendly, and it was clean overall! 👍
I want to stay here again next time I travel!

The structure can be improved and needs to be renovated, such as the old elevator, the broken shutter in my room, the lack of a bidet is unacceptable in Italy, the heat in the rooms despite having turned off the radiator and above all the soundproofing as I was constantly woken up by the phone of the neighbor in the room, by the toilet flushing, by customers returning to their rooms... basic breakfast but with good products.

GGuest UserThe bedroom was a bit dated and the bathroom was very tired with black mildew on the shower grouting. Bed very comfortable and I slept well as my room was not on the front of the hotel. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is great.
