"Another great stay at the New World Wuhan Hotel. It is centrally located. With the K11 outdoor mall right next door and the WS indoor shopping mall across the street, there are a lot of food options and things to do. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is terrific with many western food options. Just ask and they will do their utmost to accommodate your needs."

"We were very grateful to the staff allowing us to adjust our booking by one day when weather prevented us from making it on the day we booked. The indoor pool is lovely and warm and the kids really enjoyed it. Room was incredible, with views of the lake and so much space. We booked a family suite and it’s basically 2 huge rooms so we had more than enough room for our family, wish we could have stayed longer. Food options were limited and Breakfast was unfortunately not the best, but I’m sure this will improve as more guests are now able to travel here. I highly recommend this hotel and I would like to come back here in the future to explore. It seems a very child friendly hotel with lots for kids to do."

The disposable toothbrush and bathrobe supply in the room should also be confirmed repeatedly... I don't know if the boss is too strict or the front desk is too responsible... "The hotel facilities are very good. The rooms are all smart homes and have record players. They are high-end but minimalist. If you are looking for a luxurious decoration like a five-star hotel, it may be a bit different. But I think it is primitive and comfortable. It is very moderate. I was exhausted mentally and physically by the baby during the summer vacation. Relax and cleanse your soul. My husband said that I will come here once a month from now on. It is only an hour away from Wuhan and this is perfect. It is quiet and comfortable."

"Spring is here, and a group of friends made an appointment to spend the weekend at the Ocean Village B&B. We woke up on Saturday and set off from Hankou. We went to Tianzi Mountain for a walk. We were worried that we would miss lunch at the resort, so we called the front desk. The customer service was very enthusiastic. Not only did they arrange for the kitchen to prepare the dishes in advance, but they also prepared potato chips without chili pepper according to the children's taste. After dinner, when we checked in, the hotel took the initiative to upgrade the large room. There was a lawn at the door, which was very convenient for camping. For dinner, we flexibly arranged to use the remaining cucumbers from the barbecue to scramble eggs to satisfy the children's appetite. At the same time, the various delicacies ordered according to the menu did not disappoint. They tasted good and looked good, which was completely different from the level of ordinary B&Bs. On Sunday morning, the customer service arranged a sightseeing bus to take us to the bear farm for a visit, and arranged for delayed check-out and other services. It was a proper VIP treatment. "Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!"
