The surprise was beyond my imagination – it was far superior to what you'd expect from a standard business hotel! I'm so good at picking hotels, haha. Since then, Intercity has become my top choice for travel, making every trip安心 (peaceful) and comfortable.
My trip to Wuhan was delayed by a day, so I specifically rebooked at the Intercity Hotel Wuchang Street Mouth to relive the pleasant experience. The service quality has improved, the food is exquisite, the bedding is comfortable, and everyone I met was friendly and relaxed. All the quality was still there; it's like there's no ceiling to your excellence!
So now I know that for every business trip going forward, I will continue to trust you!

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient.
Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient and quick, and all my requests were promptly addressed. The common areas were elegant and well-equipped. Wwangyi103The hotel is located within the Ping An Building. You need to take elevator 3 or 4 to the 11th floor for check-in. There are tons of restaurants near the hotel, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hotel rooms are voice-controlled smart rooms, which is perfect for young travelers today. The bedding and towels are all new and very clean. There's even a small night light under the bed, and the bathroom light turns on automatically when you enter – super cool! The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet for sleeping at night. I also want to commend the staff; everyone was friendly and served with a smile. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan!

GGuest UserThis stay completely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most were the hotel's overall facilities. From the public areas to the details in the room, you could feel the care and quality put into everything, making for a truly comfortable stay.
The lobby felt spacious and bright the moment I walked in, with simple yet elegant decor. The lounge area sofas were soft and comfortable, perfect for waiting or a quick rest. The elevators operated smoothly, and floor indicators were clear, making going up and down very convenient. The hallways were clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise, ensuring great privacy.
The room facilities were even more impressive. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just right—not too soft, not too firm—allowing me to relax quickly and sleep soundly through the night. The air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating, with precise temperature control, ensuring a comfortable experience no matter the season. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, ample shower pressure, and stable water temperature. The toiletries were of good quality, and the counter was clean and spotless, making it very reassuring to use.
The room was fully equipped. The desk was spacious and suitable for work, with soft, non-glaring lighting. The TV had clear picture quality and a wide variety of channels, making leisure time enjoyable. The high-speed internet was stable and smooth, perfect for work or binge-watching without buffering. The wardrobe offered plenty of space, and items like hangers and slippers were neatly arranged and easy to access. From small details like power outlet placement and light switches to larger aspects like furniture selection and bathroom fixtures, everything was thoughtfully practical.
The hotel's public facilities were also a big plus. The gym equipment was varied and well-maintained, allowing guests to work out anytime they wished. The public areas were meticulously cleaned, with spotless floors and surfaces, creating a fresh and elegant environment. The facilities looked new and showed no signs of age or damage, indicating excellent daily management.
Overall, this hotel boasts excellent facilities, superior quality, and dedicated maintenance. It caters to all needs, whether for leisure travel or business trips. With its outstanding hardware and superb experience, it's an incredibly high-value choice in its price range. SSongge136386Our stay was a delightful surprise, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to parents accompanying their children for exams. We had access to fresh, sweet fruit throughout the day, and if we ever got hungry at night, there was a supper service. Upon leaving, we received a lovely souvenir. The 'Gaokao' (college entrance exam) themed photo wall was full of heartwarming wishes, creating a wonderful atmosphere that helped our child feel very relaxed during their stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite good, making it convenient to get everywhere. The rooms are a bit small and the facilities aren't new. The price was acceptable during the Chinese New Year period, but the room's cleanliness really impacted our stay. There were spills that hadn't been wiped up, the trash hadn't been emptied, and the water glasses had mold spots. When we contacted the front desk, the staff said they were too busy because of Chinese New Year and could only address it the next day. The parking lot is very small, but the parking attendant was enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. The soundproofing was decent, and breakfast was just okay.

GGuest UserLocation: There's a lot to do in the area and a ton of convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. Baotong temple, Dream Plaza mall, and the subway station are all approx a 10 minute walk away. It's also easy to hail a Didi in front of the hotel. During our stay, the outer facade seems to be under construction, so it could appear confusing re: how to enter the hotel, but there are signs pointing you towards the detour, and you can always ask the guards on duty for directions. Lobby is on the 2nd floor.
Cleanliness: This hotel is very new, so the rooms feel pristine. Really appreciated having a bidet toilet. Slippers are excellent quality. Housekeeping replaces towels and amenities daily.
Service: Everyone working here was polite and eager to help, from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping.
Facilities: The breakfast buffet is solid, complete with a noodle bar, traditional Chinese breakfast offerings and some Western options as well, plus a coffee machine that made a pretty decent espresso. It is, however, a bit pricier than other hotels we've stayed at...around 68 RMB per person per day. The laundry room was a bit challenging for us as well. You have to scan a QR code in order for the machines to work, and the QR code leads to an app that requires a Chinese phone number. The staff was kind enough to help us by using their own phones for the machines, but this means you can't really do laundry on your own if you're an international guest.
