Guest UserI came to Wuhan for Chinese New Year and stayed at the Qingshan New Century Hotel because my friend lives nearby. It seems like a new hotel, and all the facilities are excellent. The breakfast was also very rich, and the staff were all incredibly friendly. My only complaint is the open-plan bathroom, which I really didn't like, but that's a design issue. The hotel service was fantastic, and they even offered a shuttle service to Wuhan Station, which was a pleasant surprise.

Guest UserAlyxPerkz provided excellent service, proactively upgrading my room. They also promptly resolved an issue with the bathtub at night. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, especially since I was traveling with my child for a US visa appointment and Wuhan was so hot that we mostly stayed at the hotel. We visited the swimming pool three times. I must commend the lifeguard who was on duty last night; he was incredibly kind to the children while we were swimming, playing games with them and watching them swim. As a parent, I felt completely at ease. Yesterday, I encountered a staff member in the hallway – unlike most hotels where they just offer a greeting, she quickly walked over and pressed the elevator button for me, which made me feel a bit embarrassed.

HutouhunaoThe room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.

tmhddThis veteran five-star hotel's management is on par with, if not superior to, some of the big-name brands. The facilities are standardized and well-maintained. I particularly appreciate the rooms with hardwood floors – no musty smells, and no overpowering air fresheners like in some other hotels. It felt naturally fresh, which is a huge plus. The front desk staff was efficient and specifically provided a quiet room as requested. The room featured an extra-large bed of top-notch quality. The bathroom layout was well-designed, and the bath and floor towels were neatly arranged for an evening shower. The service staff were polite and incredibly attentive. Breakfast was lavish, and the restaurant offered traditional Wuhan breakfast items, all of which tasted excellent. Be aware that rooms in different sections require using specific elevators, so make sure not to take the wrong one. All elevators and elevator lobbies were clean, tidy, and brightly lit. In short, everything upheld the expected standard of a long-established hotel. Excellent!
Minibar: Didn't use it, but the hotel should proactively inform guests about it.
Facilities: Very standard.
Hygiene: First-rate.
Environment: Both internal and external are good. If it weren't for the rain, I could have walked to East Lake.
Service: Standardized and warm.

Jchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

ShanshuodeshutiaoTraveling with my family, the hotel's location was excellent. The river view room offered stunning views of several Yangtze River bridges and the Yellow Crane Tower, which my parents absolutely loved. The room service was very thoughtful; seeing that we were brewing tea, they proactively provided extra bottles of water and even placed paper covers on our teacups. My child's T-shirt, which was casually left on the sofa, was also neatly folded. Huang Rui, the lobby manager, actively inquired about our needs and offered us a late check-out, which perfectly solved the awkward situation of having nowhere to go between lunch and our high-speed train.

happy19821202The hotel's location is excellent, right by the riverside in Jiang'an District. It's surrounded by bustling streets and alleys like Li Huangpi Road, full of local delicacies such as hot dry noodles and Hubei cuisine. Along the street, you can visit famous architectural sites like the Soong Ching-ling Former Residence. In the evenings, a walk along the river is incredibly refreshing and pleasant.
The room felt much larger than its estimated 46 square meters. The original design was simple yet practical, with a very reasonable layout and a bright overall color scheme that made me feel relaxed and happy. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded me to a deluxe room with a partial river view, which was a delightful surprise. This hotel was the best experience and offered the best value among the four hotels I stayed at during my trip from Changsha to Wuhan. Five-star rating, a big thanks to the front desk and service staff.
Just one small suggestion: the spin dryer in the swimming pool changing room should ideally be replaced. It takes over an hour to dry clothes, and the effect isn't great. I'd also recommend replacing the bath towels.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

anniebillyzhangThis hotel is too far from the city center, located in the outskirts of Wuhan. I booked it for a road trip and had a really bad experience; there's basically no service. The hygiene and facilities are just average, and they're lacking in everything. They don't proactively replenish essential items unless you ask. The front desk for check-in is on the 23rd floor, and the three elevators are shared, with no dedicated ones, which makes it very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage using a trolley. Overall, it's suitable for business travelers looking for a budget hotel. However, for older guests, I'd recommend looking for another hotel.

ZeijiushidalianrenThe hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable. It's situated right on Yanjiang Avenue, directly across from a huge riverside park. You can step downstairs and immediately enjoy views of the Yangtze River, cherry blossoms, and the night cruise boats – no need to go anywhere else. Right next to the hotel are the Soong Ching Ling Former Residence and the Wuhan Municipal Government building. Behind it is the Wuhan Women's Federation, and the famous Bagong House is a short walk away. It's quite luxurious and grand.
The hotel's swimming pool and amenities are all excellent and fully equipped.
However, I generally wouldn't recommend the hotel breakfast. There isn't much to choose from; it's probably the worst breakfast I've had at a five-star hotel.
If you have the option, definitely stay in an executive suite. You can enjoy river views right from your bed, and the toiletries are all brand-name products.
For food delivery, you'll need to go downstairs to pick it up yourself. The hotel can deliver it to your room, but it's slow.
