Hygiene: Hygiene is good, but the air conditioning is not very good. Every time I stay here, I feel that the air conditioner is too dry. The TV often doesn't turn on. It was turned on once in a while. The sound insulation is very poor, but the curtains in the room are good for blackout. The front desk service is quite good. Overall, it's okay.

The best part about coming to Sanya was booking an incredibly satisfying hotel. We stayed for 3 nights, and the environment was excellent. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a stunning sea view through a massive floor-to-ceiling window. The room had no strange odors, and all the facilities were brand new. The balcony glass was very thick and provided excellent soundproofing. The hotel's infinity pool was also a lot of fun. They even assigned us a dedicated butler who helped us with every issue, resolving everything perfectly. We were so pleased! On our last day, even though we hadn't booked breakfast, our butler arranged it for us as a complimentary gift. Thank you! We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Sanya!
