Lotte Hotel Seoul Executive Tower

Myeong-dong Seoul|0.56km from Myeong Dong Cathedral
Stayed at the Lotte Executive Tower just after the holidays, in a Premier Double Room. Pros: - The entrance of the Executive Tower is absolutely beautiful. Same with the Main Tower. Elegant, refined, beautiful art work. The executive tower check-in desks are on the 15th floor. - Easy access by escalator directly into the Lotte Department Store (from where the escalator takes you to, hang a right to get to the famous food hall!) - Location can’t be beat. Directly across from Eujiro Station (1) and around the corner from Myeong-Dong Walking Street / Night Market and several 7-11s (which are almost as good as the 7-11s in Japan). - Our room was beautiful, spacious, thoughtfully designed and decorated. Very modern touches and upscale finishes. A chandelier in the bathroom?? - Immaculate housekeeping. - Excellent temperature and very strong water pressure in the shower! - Appreciate the 2 complimentary bottles of Evian every day. - Fast wifi speeds. Cons: - Love the Diptyque toiletries but wish they weren’t the communal / shared bottles. There were bits of dried lotion crusted on the pump from the previous occupant. - Weird that neither lobby had a single chair to sit on. What’s up with that? Comes off a bit inhospitable. This isn’t the type of place to attract non-guests / loiterers. A bench wouldn’t kill anyone! - For a 5* hotel and the price we’re paying, it’s disappointing that there is a surcharge should you need a toothbrush, toothpaste or use of the sauna (!!). They claim the charge for toothbrush and paste is to prevent wastage but surely you could just have these small items available upon request at the front desk? - The doormen’s manners range from formal and friendly (some) to indifferent (most) to downright hostile (many), especially if you are not a Korean speaker, as many don’t speak English. I’m not arrogant enough to think they should speak English in a non-English speaking country, but a smile is universal, you know? Would likely stay here again at the right price and given the location.

The sanitation is very clean and safe. The bathroom in the room is really small, but although the sparrow is small, I have forgotten to take pictures. It is no different from his official picture. It is convenient to have breakfast. It saves a lot of money. The room was small and it did n’t matter because I just came back to sleep at night. But there was a slope at the door, and the little girl was very tired. She went out in the morning. It was heavy when she came back. But the room was clean and with breakfast! It's great! Hygiene elsewhere but it is too uncomfortable to fall asleep

Location was excellent. Directly outside of the hotel was a taxi stand, the airport shuttle bus and the exit to the MRT. The toilet was rather small but thankful for charger ports next to the bed. What I find weird though was that they encouraged recycling but do not provide proper cups for usage. Instead, recyclable 'takeaway' cups were provided instead. Hence, if we wanted to make multiple drinks in a day, we could not do so.

The staff were kind and even though they couldn't speak Korean, they greeted me in Japanese with a smile. It was a small room for one person, but it wasn't a problem. I want to use it again.

The hotel is in a good location, located in the downtown area of Myeongdong, shopping and eating are very convenient. It is about 5 minutes to reach the subway exit 8 Myeongdong. There is also an airport bus to take. It is very convenient. There is issac breakfast diagonally opposite the first floor, but the hotel itself has breakfast, toast every day, Cows croissants, coffee, milk, tea, jam are edible, and there are small biscuits and tea all day. There is an elevator to go upstairs. You don't have to be afraid to carry luggage. Only a few steps from the entrance on the first floor to the elevator. We live in a four-person room with a toilet and shampoo and bath milk. There is also a hair dryer. If you come back to Korea next time, you will consider staying at a hotel.

Recommend for Couple. Actually, it took a while to make a reservation due to the other reviews made in chineses. When I booked time, I found some bad things about this hotel. It was meaningless. The suite was really dope. Also, the design was fabulous. we were so satisfied and enjoyed a happy time. Also, staff friendly & helpful and spoke great English. The spa was also good. They said we should only use bath products (bath bombs) sold in hotels. When I heard that, I couldn’t understand it. However, I understand when I used spa. The drainage is slow, in my opinion. ah, I bought a bath product, it was good. Thus, I highly recommend this accommodation. I will definitely return and stay when I visit Korea. ps. THX, guys. you guys are the best
