"While the resort is in excellent location with scenic surroundings and the staff tries their best to give a good experience; there are opportunities to improve the overall maintenance of the property. The rooms look shabby with worn out bed linen. There is uncleared debris splattered around which accentuates the sense of disrepair. Additionally, the cottages are a proper hike and I imagine challenging for the older folks. This should be highlighted in the booking page, nudging people with the info that log huts are easier on your legs and heart (also wallet). Overall okay for a night. Go for the views and the safaris. Go with lesser expectations about comfort, aesthetics and tiger sighting"

"Visited Harsha The Fern recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The front desk service was not up to the expected standard, possibly due to inexperience. The breakfast spread and quality were also below expectations. Rooms, swimming pool, and other facilities need better cleanliness and maintenance. Considering it is a 4-star hotel, the overall experience did not feel like a true 4-star stay. Also located far away from City but not providing driver stay facility which is again a painful experience."

"Our stay in lyca resort was horrible. A terrible room with no cleanliness and staff were also very rude.. we arrived at 3 pm to the resort and they said lunch is not available at that time even snacks were also not available… there were no restaurants nearby and the swimming pool was horrible with full of dust and algal growth in it… it’s not at all worth to pay that much high price to this terrible resort… overall an overpriced resort with unhealthy environment… very much disappointed with the hospitality they give us"

"The property is well maintained with a beautiful ambience and location. The food, whatever we ordered was well done and tasty. There is one drawback, although the property is well located, the construction of the building that was done long time ago requires some modern structural changes, such as they have a balcony with a good view, but it is completely covered by a grill depriving the visitor of a good view. In my view a few modernization changes will make the stay excellent."

"This is a very good place to stay near Jog falls. This is just 10mins drive to jog falls. Select a room with balcony. Please enjoy the darkness AND early mornings. The place is fully secured with cameras. This is in a village and need not worry about security. Only few rooms were occupied during our stay and we did not any threat due to insecurity. Very peaceful place. Hot water is available 24hrs. Clean toilets and bedspreads. Management has to consider replacing the towels - they are washed and clean BUT are old and stained. No AC, NO TV - spend time with family is the motto. The place is cool so AC is NOT required. We took few foods in the resort. They provided very clean food. Chief cook made us Veg pulav this was a WOW. Charges for the food is a bit higher side - probably due to overheads. Management can conder to reduce this . My family enjoyed the stay."
