We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung. The location is excellent—very strategic and close to Braga Street, restaurants, and many popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The service was outstanding. Every staff member was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing family stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed every meal. A special thank you to the team for the complimentary slices of cake to celebrate our anniversary. It was such a thoughtful surprise, and we truly appreciate the kind gesture. It made our celebration even more memorable. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely choose Crowne Plaza Bandung again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hilton Bandung. The property is well maintained, the facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel offers a relaxing atmosphere, and the pool, gym, and kids’ facilities make it a great choice for families. The service is good overall, but there is still room to elevate it to a true five-star luxury experience. Greater attention to detail, more proactive service, and warmer, more personalized interactions would make guests feel even more valued. Small touches—especially for families with children, such as anticipating guests’ needs and offering extra care—can make a lasting impression. The F&B experience was very good, with a nice selection and quality of food. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local and international options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel’s location is another major advantage, being just a few minutes from Bandung Train Station and conveniently close to many of the city’s attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Overall, Hilton Bandung offers excellent value, quality facilities, and a comfortable stay. With a few refinements to the service experience and attention to detail, it has all the ingredients to deliver a truly outstanding five-star hospitality experience. I would happily recommend it, especially for families visiting Bandung.

I had a wonderful stay! The highlight was receiving a free upgrade to an Executive Room on a high floor, which made the experience even more special. The room was very cozy, though soundproofing could be slightly improved as I could hear some outside noise. The breakfast is a must try so many options and very high quality. Just be prepared for crowds since there are no set breakfast times. The gym and sauna facilities are excellent, and despite the pool being small, it’s still very enjoyable. Overall, fantastic service!

Harris Festival Citilink is always on my list for a bandung business trip, the room is very comfortable with smart tv and the breakfast is amazing with all the variants, even the soup has 3 different kinds of soto. I will always be happy to stay at Harris

Clean rooms and good service. Although we had booked two rooms, only one was ready when we checked in at 4 PM, so we had to wait. Also, the water dispensers on each floor were empty when we arrived and remained that way until the next evening. We had to ask for the gallon to be refilled three times before it was changed. The situation was the same on the upper floors – they weren't refilled either. As for facilities, there's a gym on the 3rd floor, a swimming pool on the 16th floor, and breakfast on the 2nd floor, which was quite good and tasty. For checkout, Mrs. Nisa assisted us, making the process very quick and easy. The housekeeping staff also did a great job keeping the room tidy and clean during daily cleaning.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is in a really good area on busy Braga Street. There's a lot to do and see in the area. The hotel pool is also a plus and a fun place to hang out and see the sunset. However the rooms are a bit dated and cleanliness could be improved a bit. There's also a problem with noise as many guests like to be loud in the hallways very early in the morning. Overall a good place to stay although a bit on the expensive side.
