Spa Hotels in Pujut

I have to give this a great review; too bad there aren't ten stars, otherwise I'd definitely give it a perfect score! After a four-day, three-night liveaboard trip from Komodo to Lombok, we stayed at the Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas in Kuta for four days. The hotel is beautiful, stylish, and full of charming little details. For instance, the pebble paths are adorned with mosaics of turtles and Komodo dragons, the frog-shaped lights along the pathways are adorable, and the triangular entrance archways to the villas feel mysterious (check out the photos!). We stayed in a Sasak-style villa (without a pool). The room was spacious, and the bed was especially comfortable – lying in it felt like being wrapped in a cloud, so secure and cozy. I slept incredibly well these past few days, completely recovering from the 'pain' of the liveaboard trip 😂. It's perfect for a relaxing, 'lie flat' vacation. During check-in, there was a staff member who spoke some simple Chinese, which made communication easy. However, throughout our four-day stay, we didn't encounter any other Chinese guests. It was mostly Indonesian locals, Westerners, and we did see two Koreans. In fact, when we went out to places like the Bat Cave and the cliffs, we rarely saw any Chinese tourists either. The hotel reception offers motorbike rentals. They'll call one for you, and it usually arrives in about 20 minutes. A small scooter costs 150k per day. The restaurant food was decent – you know how it is, pretty much what you'd expect. Breakfast wasn't particularly special. For à la carte meals at other times, the Kung Pao Chicken and Sichuan Beef we tried were pretty good. They're definitely not the standard authentic Chinese preparation, but the taste was enjoyable. For two people, two dishes plus drinks cost roughly 180 RMB per meal (Qris Alipay is accepted). One evening, they forgot our order, and we waited for 40 minutes. The chef personally came to apologize and offered us free ice cream. Overall, the service attitude was excellent, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. If you register as a Novotel member, the hotel's Wi-Fi is super fast. The in-house spa is a little bit on the pricier side, but the massage techniques are good, and the best part is you don't have to go out looking for one. The hotel has its own beach, and next to it is a small hill perfect for watching both beautiful sunrises and sunsets (see photos). On our last day, while watching the sunset from the hill, a little black dog ran up and sat beside me, accompanying me as I watched the sunset [crying emoji]. Anyone understand that feeling? The world instantly felt quiet and peaceful. It's about a 15-minute motorbike ride from the hotel to Kuta town, which is very convenient. Shopping and dining spots there also accept Qris Alipay (though some convenience stores don't). We ate at a Chinese restaurant called 'Jiangnan'; their Spicy Chicken was delicious, and the cold wood ear mushroom salad was perfectly seasoned (though the peanuts were raw, which made me laugh). You can also order takeaways via Grab, and riders accept Qris payment upon delivery.

This villa made it to the highlight of our trip. Firstly, the service of the Lina Team is amazing. From the moment we checked in, even to the time we checked out, we were well taken care of by the staff. The villa was absolutely gorgeous. The villa was well-maintained and fully furnished. Really great touch by the team to provide turn down service every night during our stay. The villa is located near the main street Kuta but away from the hustle of it all. Fret not, as the villa provided free scooter shuttle within the Kuta area which made the stay even more accessible. Rentals for motorbike and airport shuttle was also settled by the team. Breakfast was really great and the team even offered to pack our breakfast when we told them we were travelling out early during one of our mornings. Definitely will be returning here when I’m back in Lombok.

Incredibly attentive staff! First-class service! The guys are just great! We felt their care all the time, everything we asked for was done very quickly! Thank you very much for this! The view from the common lounge area is simply stunning, like from the cover of a magazine. It was very nice to have breakfast with such a view. By the way, the breakfasts are also very good, there is a scramble and Benedict, pastries, delicious lemonades and juices. There were also disadvantages, namely: the towels in the room smelled of dampness, in the first room the shower did not work well, however, to fix this, we were moved to another room, where the shower worked better. The shower area itself in all rooms needs repair. The access to the hotel is not very good, part of the way you have to drive along a dirt road. Overall, we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. This is one of the few good options in the south of Lombok!

JIVANA!! This hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the elegance of the place and the peaceful setting. The rooms are magnificent, carefully decorated and quite comfortable with a large outdoor bathroom. Everything is designed to guarantee total peace of mind. You can see fish and large turtles... it's pure bliss. The staff is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. We even had a perfectly adapted baby bed. The swimming pool is quite large. The plated breakfast is delicious and served in a peaceful atmosphere. The spa activities are superb, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation. A true paradise that we don't want to leave. An address to share without hesitation!

Amazing experience in the hotel. The staff is very friendly and dedicated. The food in the restaurant is excellent. We enjoyed our stay.

It’s situated not too far from the main busy area of kuta, but it’s still bit far from the beach. So overall not too bad for location. Pros: - Good facility of coworking space and a spa, which is much appreciated. - room layout is good with balcony. Would suggest to opt for the one level up so there is some privacy compare those has direct ground level access. - overall service is great, very strong SOP driven and ensure you are taken care the same by everyone. - room is clean and housekeeping is quite good. Thought some spots could be improved. Cons - the room sound proof is issue. Due to gaps and room material, can obviously hear all the rooster sounds, azan and even people talking. Might not be good for light sleeper. - it is surrounded by lots construction, though the noise doesn’t affect but it’s not too pleasant as at now. - restaurant food option is quite limited. Hard to stay excited if stay for longer. - wifi is an issue, hardly can connect at my room. But totally no problem at the coworking space

Very comfortable, and the service was super responsive. The hotel facilities, including their recommendations for local attractions, were excellent. They also have a private beach, and we even got to see a wedding! The food was great too.

The place is new, the grounds are spacious. The houses are trendy, it's quiet and beautiful! It's remote, accessible only by bike, and the road hasn't been built yet. Everything was comfortable.

The location of the hotel is superb, with the beach at the door. The hotel restaurant is pretty good in that area. The owner of a small traveler next to it is nice and can arrange day trips to other beaches, especially Mawen Beach, which is simply beautiful. There is also a beach to watch the sunrise.

I really like the place. The bungalows (the mid-size ones that I rent.. forgot the name 😁) are in Lombok traditional house style. The garden is well kept and looks lovely with the guitar-shaped pool. I feel comfy staying here. The cleanliness is good, it's neat! And it is easy to find food and drinks. So many stores, mini markets, cafes/restaurants around in the neighborhood.. full of them. Easy to find, enough parking space.. and you can walk to the beach. The staffs are nice and NOT annoying with ”too friendly” acts :) so we had a good time!
