"The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room.
The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty.
The personnel was really friendly and very helpful.
I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!"

This is a very good hotel. The surrounding residential area is relatively empty, so it's quiet but very safe. The old town, the beach, and the Royal Palace are all within a 10-15 minute walk, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is cozy and comfortable, small and well-maintained. Highly recommended.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. ZZHONGYIThe location of the hotel is close to Rabat city station and tram, very convenient, and the front desk service is good and helpful. But there was no electricity in the room, so I asked the waiter to deal with it for a while, and the electricity was cut off again at night. We did not use any electrical appliances in the room from start to finish. Bad experience. The water pressure in the hotel bath is great! This is very commendable!

GGuest UserI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
