"We had an amazing time at Henann Crystal Sands! The location is perfect - just a few steps away from the beach and it was easy to get to restaurant, shops, and everything else we needed. The staff were super friendly, respectful and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were also great - very clean and comfortable. Special shoutout to Ronald and Robert from Sapphire Restaurant - they were absolutely fantastic! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. "The hotel is cozy, clean, and beautiful! The location is super convenient, right in the middle of a bunch of cafes and little shops. You don't have to go far for anything. Even though the hotel is right in the thick of things, there's a courtyard that provides a nice escape from the crowds, which is really handy. In the evenings, there's entertainment in the courtyard. There's also a rooftop pool at the hotel. And the massage was excellent; we went to a therapist named Lara. The service is also great. The ladies at the front desk are always ready to help. We asked them to pack a breakfast for our child because we were checking out early, and our child doesn't eat much in the morning. We managed to have breakfast ourselves at 6 AM. They prepared a breakfast for the child and accommodated our requests. The breakfasts at the hotel are a solid 4 out of 5. I felt there weren't quite enough dishes, but you definitely won't go hungry. The rooms have everything you need for comfort – robes, slippers, and toiletries. There's even hair conditioner and body lotion. This is an excellent hotel – I wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a 2-minute walk to the sea. There aren't any private sun loungers, but they do provide beach towels."

"Everything was great. We had a family suite with 2 rooms, 2 showers, a kitchen-living room with a table, and a veranda where you could sit. Since there were two showers in the room, we never had any issues with waiting turns))). The location is excellent, you can walk to D'Mall. Yes, it might not be beachfront, but considering that stations 2-3 were often crowded, we always ended up leaving anyway. Breakfasts were decent; you could always find something to eat. No pastries, but they had watermelon, papaya, and bananas for fruit."

ZZulfazli SobriWe love everything here. I’ve travelled to 40 countries, and my stay in this villa has strengthened my belief that Filipinos are number one in hospitality. From the lovely welcome drink to the thoughtful gesture of giving kitchen-made cookies in the afternoon, we appreciated every detail. The staff are always smiling and helpful. The hot shower works perfectly, and the mattress and pillows are the best!This villa is located in Station 3, making it peaceful yet close enough to walk to the lively Station 2. The beach is literally right in front of the villa, it’s heavenly. The breakfast is delicious too. I truly hope this villa continues to thrive for another 100 years, because I’ll definitely return if I visit Boracay again. The staffs deserve some bonus!

GGuest UserThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our villa was luxurious, spacious, and impeccably clean
The food was exceptional across all the restaurants. We particularly loved the seafood at the Sirena Restaurant. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve experienced, with a wide variety of international and local options.
Shangri-La Boracay is the perfect destination for a relaxing escape.

GGuest UserThe in-room amenities are pretty standard, similar to what you'd find in a 1000+ RMB per night hotel back home – nothing special, nothing bad, just average. The 2300 RMB per night price mainly covers the hotel's private beach, services (kids' club, with daily craft classes and occasional pool parties), and the public facilities (three pools, including a kids' pool).
We stayed for 10 nights, and when we checked out, they provided complimentary transfer to the airport (car + speedboat + car). We only had to pay the government's environmental protection fee and island entry fee ourselves. This service was absolutely excellent! When you check out, you might want to ask if they can offer this service.
If it's your first time staying and you want an airport pick-up, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as the airport transfer fee through Ctrip for this hotel is very expensive.
The hotel is next door to the Movenpick Resort, and then next to that is the Shangri-La Hotel. You might want to compare prices.

GGuest UserThis is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

My concerns are add more meal options for dinner and lunch, upgrade your television, some channels are not available and no YT and Netflix and also fun activities since the place is far from restaurants and entertainments. GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience.
Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free.
At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness.
Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The place was spotless, with daily room cleaning, and the beachfront location was perfect. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon our arrival. Most of all, thank you for granting our special request for my father’s 70th birthday — it meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be coming back next year. Again, thank you so much!
