"We enjoyed our stay. Their breakfast buffet is so giving 💯. Location wise,,,,it’s minutes away from the beach… The room we stayed in was spacious. I guess they just need to have their towels for their guest to have it free instead of having it rented because we are their guests anyway. (outside towels) Also, they need to have their landline checked because it was broken and we’re on the 4th floor.. good thing they have staff on that floor and we were able to request toilet paper. Overall stay was good, they just need to consider the concerns of the guests for improvement, such as their rented towels and the broken landline."

"The hotel's interior and rooms were spotless, but the pool wasn't quite as pristine as I've experienced elsewhere, like Crystal Sands. What really surprised me, though, was that I always travel with my own filtered shower head, and this is the first hotel in Southeast Asia where the filter remained completely clean and unchanged! The hotel's location is fantastic. The restaurant opens right onto White Beach, and this particular stretch has very little green algae. You can walk quite a way into the sea before encountering any, so the photos were all taken right outside the hotel. Staying here, there's no need to visit Puka Beach or venture out for island hopping. While it's a bit of a distance from the main dining areas on the island, transportation is super affordable; a trike ride is only 15-20 pesos per person, which is a steal. Plus, if you walk about 300 meters southeast from the hotel's roadside entrance, there's an amazing barbecue restaurant that's also very reasonably priced. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, I unfortunately experienced some blatant discrimination during dinner at the hotel. One particular staff member was incredibly deferential towards white guests. When we sat down and tried to get his attention, he indicated he needed to serve the white table first. Later, when we were ready to pay, another white table called him over, and he immediately left us waiting to finish serving them before returning to process our bill. There were no 'sorry's, no 'hello's, no basic courtesies whatsoever. I want to clarify that we are always polite guests; we tipped the luggage handlers, housekeeping, and massage ladies, so we're not ones to nitpick. This particular staff member wore a different uniform than the others – black – so I'm not sure if he was a supervisor or something else. From check-in to check-out, all the other staff were incredibly friendly, and we reciprocated, but he was the sole exception."

"I arrived past 2pm. I finished checking in at around 2:20 PM, i asked if can alreadtly have the room since im feeling so hot already, no Airconditioned in the lobby, they told me check in time is 3pm so okay i waited. A couple arrived around 225 pm, they finished checking in around 240pm, but they immediately assisted them to their room, it was just so unfair that they allowed them and they let me wait. So i went to front desk asked why they allowed the couple to immediately accomodated to their room the front desk officer just gave me the keycard and no explanation as to why they allowed the couple. When i arrived to my room i immediatelt called them and asked why, they told its because i only booked deluxe and that tjey are preparing the room, but upon the room there is no sign of recent cleaning. So dis appoimting and i felt discrimanated. Also there insect crawling amd theres even cockroach.and there is even a stain in the duvet."

You'll find peace and serenity on this beach front resort. We will definitely go back to this place."

"I rarely write such long reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. Crimson is a wonderful hotel in every sense of the word. It's situated in a quiet, peaceful location that offers complete privacy and seclusion – exactly what we were looking for. The hotel has its own private beach, which is clean, well-maintained, and never overcrowded. It felt like we had stumbled upon our own little paradise. The restaurants deserve a special mention. The food was absolutely delicious at all dining venues – a huge variety and excellent quality. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner – every meal was a delight. But what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. The team is incredibly attentive and warm. When we decided to extend our stay, we were pleasantly surprised with compliments and small gifts – we truly felt valued. And when my husband unfortunately fell ill during our trip, the staff went above and beyond to help – offering assistance, checking in on us, and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism were astonishing. And the pillow – it was incredibly comfortable. Honestly, I don't remember the last time I slept so well. Every night of our stay, I had a deep, peaceful, perfect sleep – no neck pain and no tossing and turning. Crimson has spoiled all other hotels for me – in the best possible way. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be back."

"Our overall stay was great! The breakfast was superb, offering so many options and excellent variety, and the pool is absolutely perfect for kids. We also loved that the property has its own dedicated area right on the beachfront. However, there were quite a few mosquitoes at night, which meant my husband had to stay up late to make sure our baby didn't get bitten. Aside from that issue, it was a wonderful experience!"
