Spa Hotels in Orange County

I had a prepaid booking. They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status. We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment. Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping. Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment. We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error” The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff. The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner. I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing. You can get only inroom dining after 10pm. Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。 吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。 稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。 如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

This hotel is super friendly to foreigners. Our flight arrived early, and the front desk allowed us to check in ahead of time, upgraded our room, and generously offered free breakfast. They were also incredibly helpful with directions, always with a smile – that's a rare find! The only drawback was the noisy air conditioning in the room; otherwise, it would have been a perfect five-star stay.

Convenient location close to the airport. Shuttle was fast and easy to find. The continental breakfast had a good variety of choices. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, close to disney springs, staff was very nice and accommodating. At at the grill for breakfast, that was delicious.

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

This hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient. The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient. The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

The receptionist also responded politely! I didn't understand English and I was often worried, but the staff were very polite and kind. Even in situations where the language was difficult to understand, he explained with a smile and explained in an easy-to-understand manner, and I was able to spend my time with peace of mind. Thanks to my detailed concerns, I am really grateful to be able to stay comfortably. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

This was a terrible experience. 1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation. 2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed. 3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day. 4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated. 5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night. 6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell… 7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one. You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website. I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?) 2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable 3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone 4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere. On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.
