Location:Nestled in old town, within walking distance to Old Town and many good food spots and shopping, very close to lots of places to eat and activities, less than 5 mins to the Riva
Room Facilities:Bathroom was very spacious and had a heated floor, AC worked very well in the room, rooms are wonderful, clean and modern, well decorated, rooms are equipped with necessary facilities
Breakfast:Breakfast was good with a variety of foods including fresh cooked omelets, served and great
Service:Hosts/staff were very friendly, kind and helpful, communicated prior to arrival with check in information and help with directions
Decoration:Modern and upscale, beautiful and cosy three-room stone-built property, design is beautiful creating a true boutique-style experience
Guest Suggestion:Some customers suggest breakfast not available non-summer, steep poorly lit stairs dangerous, no towel holders in bathroom

There was never any hot water for a shower and our room/bathroom smelled of damp and mould. The Tv remotes didn’t work. We were provided only with two small thin individual blankets even though we are a couple. The spiral staircase is so small you can barely fit up it yourself let alone with your luggage and also it’s dangerous as there is no hand rail. The building is so small that you can hear anytime someone shuts a door or is talking downstairs.

Calling it a dream is an understatement! This hotel, nestled in old town, is a gem. The lady who works in the morning is the sweetest and so friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay. Host communicated prior to arrival with check in information and help with directions to the property. Quick and easy check in process. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served and was great with a variety of foods including fresh cooked omelets. All staff was kind and helpful. Very close to lots of places to eat and activities.

Very helpful and friendly landlady. Great location. Clean and modern room and bathroom. A bit small and narrow if you are 100kg in weight. Average breakfast.

Really close to centre less than 5 mins to the Riva. Lovely modern property, clean. Breakfast was OK and to be expected for such a small hotel. Continental with no hot options. However lots of places nearby if you wanted something like this. To improve would recommend adding a safe to the room. Thank you for a lovely stay.
