The staff was very kind and managed me to do early check out. There was a small guide of sightseeing in the room with all the information I need and it helped me to do plan a lot."

"exactly in the old town that means all the attraction is easily reachable, the main road along the coast and the history & museums. Though it is rebuilt b from an old building, a lift is available, but you need to go one stair up because it starts not at the ground level. have a terrance that have an excellence view of the towns. a very reasonable price to get this hotel breakfast is not within the hotel, but a long of restaurants nearby"

"Best location for visiting the old town. Delicious breakfast and an amazing view from the pool. Would highly recommend rooms with sea view. Bed is comfortable and rooms are big enough. Would also highly recommend to ask for a higher level room, view is impressive when you wake up in the morning."

"Marko could not have been more helpful. He picked me up from the airport at a late hour for less than a taxi, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He helped me with everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. I only wish I could have stayed longer, but I am going back to Split later this week and have booked with him already. The location is a stone's throw from the center of town and it is very quiet and peaceful. I loved the shampoo/body cleanser they have in the shower, it made my hair very shiny and bouncy! Plus the price cannot be beat. Highly recommend and, as I said, I've booked another stay already. "

"I had originally booked at Hotel Ambassador, but was informed just before my trip that it would not be open on the day. With the support of the Trip.com staff, I ended up staying at this hotel. There was a price difference, but Trip.com covered it. The hotel was in the off-season and there were not many guests, so although I had booked a double room, I was upgraded free of charge and stayed in a suite. The ocean view room had a great view from the balcony. It is a little far from the city center (about 3km) and a little inconvenient for sightseeing, but the hotel itself was clean and the hotel staff were nice. The breakfast was also luxurious and satisfying."

"The hotel in located is just 20 mints walk from old town. It is close to resturants, supermarket, bus stop and it is right next to joker mall. Rooms are big. The hotel has indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room at free of cost. Staff is very helpful specially the gentleman in evening shift was very helpful. Normally parking is paid but he did not charged us for parking. The only issued we had was with AC. It was not working properly bur after they fixed it, it was good. I also think room carpet needs to be changed. Buffet breakfast was pretty good with varities of options."

"The service was excellent, especially the front desk, who were incredibly welcoming. During check-in, they even asked if guests could make it to breakfast on their check-out day. Since we had an early return flight and didn't have time for breakfast, the front desk staff prepared a breakfast bag for each guest to take to the airport, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel facilities were also very new, with bright and spacious bathrooms and excellent showers. The only downside was the infestation of tiny ants in the room... Seeing them scurrying around right in front of you was a bit surprising and a bit unsettling. I imagine other hotels in the area might have ants too, and I doubt the hotel has any solutions. However, as a five-star hotel, they should definitely address this issue. The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from several attractions in the old town and convenient for evening shopping in the city center. Given the location, I'd definitely book this hotel again."

"A five-star hotel in Europe, the price is relatively expensive, but the service is still very good, the breakfast is very rich, the bathroom is super large and very comfortable to use. The room has a sightseeing terrace and is very close to the beach! The hotel will send a bottle of water every day. If you want an extra bottle of water, remember that you have to pay for it, and it is very expensive."
