GGuest UserWe booked two rooms: a double bed and a single bed. The soundproofing was so-so; there's a scrap metal yard downstairs. We kept the windows closed the entire time. The location is great, very close to Phoenix Mountain, a 5-minute taxi ride. It's a newly opened hotel; the facilities are decent, great value for money, not dirty, quite clean. There's a laundry room with a dryer, but only one machine. On the day of check-in, it was raining heavily. We took a taxi with elderly people and children, carrying luggage and holding umbrellas. A hotel staff member, wearing a black suit, stood at the entrance, just staring at us the whole time. I was speechless. He just stared. He didn't say a word, didn't offer a helping hand. I asked him, ”Why don't you just stop looking and walk away?” He watched us, soaking wet, with our luggage and elderly children, struggling to get out of the taxi and into the hotel. He just leaned against the entrance door, watching us without saying a word. I was truly speechless. It was the first time I'd encountered such a staff member. Extremely low emotional intelligence, very uncomfortable. I will absolutely not recommend it, and I will never come back. When we go out and take a taxi, even a regular taxi, in this heavy rain, with so much luggage, and especially with elderly people and children, the driver will always lend a hand or at least ask if we need help. This is truly the first time I've encountered such staff at a hotel. Playing dumb.

GGuest UserThe room is very close to the broken bridge. You can see the broken bridge in front of the window. The opposite North Korea Sun Hotel is really good. Go to Tianfu Tang Rice, Xiaohei beef barbecue, Jinshan Park, Anti-US Aid Korea Memorial Hall, take a taxi for about 10 yuan, it is convenient to go anywhere. The two young ladies at the front desk are super nice, always greeted with smiles, responsive, and very comfortable. The only downside is that the water in the standard room is a bit unpleasant.

AAnton AshcroftA perfect hotel. The location of the hotel is really good, located very near to the broken bridge. You can even see North Korea from the hotel. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The boss is a really great person and she made me feel welcome. She is always smiling ! I really recommend staying here !

GGuest UserForeigners are welcome here if you not are Chinese !!! I might be the first Chilean to stay at this hotel, but for Latin Americans and Spaniards, it's the best hotel in terms of top quality and price! The sheets and towels were brand new! There was a receptionist who, despite her very basic English (which was much appreciated), was very helpful! I'm truly grateful to have stayed at this hotel! The breakfast was very Asian-inspired but complete! Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

__WeChat270049****Everything was great except for the slightly small room size. The location is excellent, right by the Yalu River and very close to Andong Old Street. The facilities are complete, the bedding is comfortable, and it's clean and hygienic. Since it's winter, there are fewer people, so the hotel is quite quiet.

GGuest UserBooked tents but there are cabins on site Add money to upgrade to cabins. The weather on May 1st is still strong. There are mountains and waters around. It is very pleasant. The boss said that the maple leaves in autumn are better-looking. You can consider coming again in October. The cabin has a complete range of indoor appliances. Water heaters, smart toilets, geothermal air conditioning, hand-made coffee and tea in the stove are very pleasant. Of course, outdoor camping inevitably has some emergencies, such as small bugs, bad nets, or broken electric curtains 😂 Normal heart ～ Since you choose camping, you can feel another life! The only uncomfortable thing is from breakfast. The breakfast is delivered by the eldest sister. It is very good. Each breakfast is heavy and full. But the two of us can't eat too much. We asked for a bowl of porridge, two steamed buns and some pickles. The eldest sister said that there are salted duck eggs. I said yes, the eldest sister asked a few and I said if I could come two. When the eldest sister was going to get it for me, a fat little brother next to her pulled his face and said no, he could give one. At that time, I was particularly defeated. Our accommodation, the electric curtains are broken, the net is broken, and there are small bugs. We all endured it because a salted duck egg depends on the face of people. Please standardize your breakfast, okay! If you can have one and a half salted duck eggs, please print them out and stick them in a clear position instead of asking us on the spot. Finally, say you can give one. If the boss wants to do service for a long time, he has to keep up. It is fun to spend money. It is not to see other people's faces!

XXuxingaxuxingThe hotel is right between the high-speed rail station and the Broken Bridge on the Yalu River, making it incredibly convenient for travel. While the decor and facilities are a bit dated, you can still sense the care and attention that went into its original construction. This spontaneous trip to Dandong was incredibly enjoyable. We saw the river and watched the sunrise, but the most memorable part was eating the seafood – it was absolutely fresh. It was my first time trying raw marinated seafood, and my family of three didn't feel any discomfort. I'll definitely try it again next time; it's still delicious. 😋 By the way, next time I come, I'll bring a small rice cooker, or buy one locally and steam it myself at the market – it's much more cost-effective!

FFancyHansiI booked a room for two nights. There were two young girls at the reception and they struggled communicating in English. We used translator apps. They asked for 100 RMB refundable deposit at the check in and returned at checkout. The room was smelly at first night and I asked for an air freshener. Next day was much better. They didn’t provide normal tissues. My room had a water leak on the floor. I had to keep wearing my slippers all the time.
