The male receptionist was incredibly enthusiastic and proactively helped with our luggage and directed us to parking. They have their own private courtyard, which made parking very convenient. He was always ready to assist and even anticipated our needs, preparing things in advance – highly commendable! The hygiene was excellent; you can tell they put a lot of effort into creating a guesthouse with unique charm. I highly recommend it!

Brand new…I unpacked most of it myself…Most importantly, it's convenient for visiting glaciers and the colorful forests of Naizigou…The decor is excellent…The view is great too…I really appreciated the upgrade to a family room…My daughter loves it…

Very good, grandma is very enthusiastic and will help carry the luggage up I asked and was told that the room was made entirely of solid wood by a local hand-made person, and it cost more than one million yuan. The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the county town, so it's very quiet. The room facilities are quite complete; the shower room has a heater, and disposable toilet seat covers are provided. The bedding is comfortable, and the front desk service is very good. The downsides are that breakfast is very simple, the bowls and chopsticks aren't sanitized, the soy milk is very watery, and the shower pressure is very low – maybe the showerhead is clogged.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the hygiene is top-notch. The panoramic elevator and floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views. It's conveniently located near Dagu Glacier and the most beautiful ******* villages. The owner and front desk staff were very friendly and provided thoughtful service. It was a great stay overall.

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The underfloor heating in the room kept it nice and warm, and there was plenty of space. Parking was convenient, and downstairs there were restaurants with fresh ingredients, delicious food, and reasonable prices. I'll definitely be back again.

Although it was a random choice, I didn't expect it to exceed my expectations. The newly opened hotel, the environment is very clean, the scenery is good, the key boss is very warm and friendly, and the cooking is delicious! There is also a cute kitten from the boss. The hotel was new, high-technology and the bed was good however it was not a comfortable stay. Light in front of the bathroom is sensor light so it was constantly on and off when you moving on the bed. Hotel doesn’t use real towel so you have to use the bath robe instead and it is smell of smoke. The hotel was overbooked so they decided to downgrade one of my room saying that I booked lower than the standard rate and my room should be downgraded. That’s made there are no spaces to open the luggage. The owner does not understand the fact that guest should get the room type that they booked no matter the price they paid.
