GGuest UserA truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

GGuest UserI stumbled upon this guesthouse by chance, and the incredibly affordable price surprised me. The rooms were very clean and had excellent soundproofing. The standard room even had a 1.5-meter double bed – it felt like a real gem! Traveling with a child, I wasn't worried about the bed being too cramped. The owner was incredibly welcoming and even drove me around to pick me up from the nearest place. This will definitely be my first choice for a future stay.

The room is spacious and comfy. The guesthouse owner is nice and friendly. Even introduced us with the scenic spots and suggested the route to have a better experience. He also picked up and dropped us at 迎仙桥bus station so that we don't need to carry so much luggage to reach his place. Best place to watch sunset as well 👍

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The B&B was spotless and well-maintained, with a cozy and comfortable layout. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and the natural light and ventilation were excellent, making for a truly relaxing experience. The host was incredibly warm and attentive, always patiently and promptly answering any questions we had – the service was outstanding. The location was also super convenient, making getting around and finding food a breeze. This place offers incredible value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Facilities: The facilities are relatively new, and the smart toilet is very warm to sit on; the room is clean, and the bedding is being remade in every room when I arrive at noon; the facilities are complete, with wireless and disposable supplies Location: Very close to the tourist service center, less than 10 minutes' walk. There is a Jingdong supermarket at the intersection that is pretty good and the price is reasonable. Don’t buy mineral water at the station for 5 yuan, Jingdong supermarket only costs 2 yuan. Service: The boss is very friendly and helpful. If you have any questions, just ask the boss.

You can not miss this little gem of a stay! Your stay is inside the scenic area! Your bus to and from the area is across the road! But do not fear about being lost! Your host will take you to the bus stop and even take the bus with you to make sure you get in easy and walk you to the bus exchange centre 😳🤩😎! He even drove me to the cable car area the first day and picked me up! Really a very friend man and his family are also wonderful! I met people from Beijing who return to visit for the third time and they sometimes rent the whole place for their big family! A wonderful experience and by far the BEST host i have ever had!
