GGuest UserThe hotel is centrally located at the city port tram station and is clean and maintained.
Unfortunately, the staff always appeared to be revised. In the registration area, many people are always looking for something from the reception, that would not be the case if you were to work it quickly. There are digital terminals, but they are not used by anyone because they probably do not meet the customer's wishes and needs.
Our room was in the third floor in the outer corner and was very small, we had no effort to stick over our own bag. A family with several children nearby, we realized it immediately at 5 a.m., then it was soundly shouted by the thin walls. I don't know why we were done this illness. In fact, we wanted to try the hotel chain, but it was unfortunately unable to convince.
Breakfast is charged extra with €13.90 per person, we find it very expensive, since we went next to one of these supermarkets and picked us up a sweet particle and coffee from the machine, since I was with €1.50 per person with. As the buffet is, I cannot say, but it is clear that it was quite noisy and uncomfortable there, you could not really have been able to have breakfast in peace. Comprehensible, the family probably sat back there and has noisy told everyone how present they can be.
For one night we find this hotel perfectly suitable, but more not. Here, the price must finally convince you to buy the many disadvantages.

GGuest UserWe only have sleeped 1 night. The house, at times protected, appears from outside like an old youth hostel, but only outside. We were very friendly welcomed although we were there too early. We could deliver baggage and explore the city something more. Personnel very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top. Just a great hotel for people who just want to destroy their heads

GGuest UserThe hotel is simply clean, located at the park behind the Baltic Sea Stadium. The two stars at the service have the really (no irony!) friendly older gentleman in late and also the delightful night service in the roll.
The young lady is recommended to go to the day service a profession where she does not have to/shall/shall be able to handle with customers.

GGuest UserWe were only on the journey and one night on the ground. The reception was super nice and warm. The room (disabled) was convenient and clean. The location was a little away, but through the proximity to the public to reach everything well. The breakfast was overall in buffet form but it was quite enough for us.
