"We stayed at Hotel Sunshine in June24. The location of the hotel is great. Its about 3 kms from the Pahalgam market, a beautiful waterfall flows from right in front of the property’s garden, so you can enjoy your food and nice hot cup of tea sitting in the garden and hearing the beautiful sound of the waterfall. The staff is extremely hospitable and will genuinely look at what you need. Would like to specially mention Javed bhai (property’s owner) who also took out time to take us to the market when we wanted to have the best coffee in Pahalgam and also took us to genuine shops for shopping (being with a local helped us get fair rates). They were sweet enough to arrange for a 2 wheeler for us when we wanted to visit the market. The rooms were decent- considering construction/ repair is restricted in Pahalgam. But the property is supposed to become even better is what the owner explained to us by the end of 2024. Cleanliness is something that we feel can be better. Rest all good."
