The hotel is managed by French, has Chinese service and is very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the layout of the rooms is perfect, elegant and not lost, and the service is attentive, making people extremely comfortable. Everywhere I am so hard, today is 30, and I will give us a few Chinese guests to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The price is also very reasonable. Next time I travel to Baima, I will stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very pleasant and well located. The swimming pool is very pleasant, good little dej, resto à la carte limitée mais délicieux et le parc est beau. Le personnel est aussi serviceable que efficient, c'est un vrai plaisir de venir ! Bathrooms would deserve refreshment, it's sometimes a little vete (it won't stop us from returning, the price-quality ratio is excellent)

I stayed at PHKACHAN KEP BOUTIQUE and it was great! It's really near Kep Beach. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel to others!

A bit away from the central hustle and bustle, but within walking distance there's a gym and a market. Spacious apartments surrounded by nature.

The manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!

The owner is very friendly and supportive. The rooms are acceptable but not very satisfying. Location is good since it’s somehow nearby the market. You can have your own grill party there.

I chose this hotel because it was cheap, so I didn't have high expectations, but there were many inconveniences in many ways. However, considering the price of the accommodation, I can understand everything. Considering the price of the accommodation, I think I will use it again next time.

I had just one night at this hotel therefore I can't say too much. My room had nice panoramic view, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The door to the balcony was hard to open, some light bulbs needed to be replaced. There is an elevator but it was broken the day I was leaving. There was also pool where you can chill out. But would be nice to have a working cafe to have some snacks and drinks. The owners we're not very friendly, (but their English was not very good as well, so maybe we just couldn't understand each other clearly.) Somehow they managed to organise my transfer.
