The room is very good overall and the area is very good. But I lived on the 2nd floor this time. It was very noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning. The sound of car horns outside the building was also a variety of rumbling sounds. I couldn't bear to go to the front desk. It was useless.

Greatly appreciate that they let me check in early. Greatly appreciate that they helped me with my luggage. Hotel had filtered water so I saved on buying bottled water. Hotel had excellent wi-fi. Excellent A/C. Plenty of power outlets Elevator was quick. Breakfast is acceptable. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Airport Express bus. 15 minute walk to Malecon or Kennedy park. The area feels safe. Oxxo about a 4 minute walk. Safe in the room.

Good location in Miraflores. Within walking distance of the centre of Miraflores. Room was modern with excellent amenities. Comfy bed and the bathroom was good. Check in and out was quick. Would recommend and stay again.

Five-star hotel in Lima, Peru, the room is large, clean, the linen is good, all the staff are very good, the breakfast is not very rich, but it is definitely OK. The air conditioner in the room did not have hot air, but the hotel was very enthusiastic to provide electric heating, a great stay experience

This hotel is really great! Even though it's not widely recommended online, its location is a bit far from the city center, but it's super convenient to get to the old town by bus. Plus, I got a currency exchange rate of 3.42 when others were offering 3.45, and a Claro unlimited monthly SIM card for only $20. The staff are also wonderful, and the location feels very safe.

The hotel is located right in the city centre of Miraflores. Opposite it is a supermarket. Oir room was spacious. The included breakfast was hearty. Two light bulbs were burnt but the hotel fixed them quickly once we told them. There's also a common kitchen where guests can prepare simple food. Otherwise you can always have meals in the hotel restaurant or cafe.

Really great! The location is superb, right above a popular seafood restaurant. Oh my, it's so convenient! The breakfast is plentiful and very good. The only downside is that the room is a bit small. Everything else is excellent.

Overall, I found the room very clean and appreciated the layout with two queen-sized beds and a workspace. However, I noticed there were no power outlets located near the desk, which made working difficult. Additionally, while the bathroom was bright and well-lit, the shower experienced frequent temperature fluctuations. Regarding the dining experience, the breakfast selection became a bit monotonous over a four-night stay; however, I appreciated that the staff was happy to prepare fried eggs upon request. I also enjoyed the excellent restaurant on the ground floor and the convenience of having Edo Sushi located across the road.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city without needing a car. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference.

the hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we have to leave our suitcases for 3 days and they kept it at the reception without extra charge.
