The hotel is a beautiful hotel with a very welcome and serviceable staff. We were very friendly and helpful to find the entrance to get in the car and to park in front of the hotel, but the reception staff immediately guided us with a great deal of gentleness. The hotel has a underground parking, in addition to the few available places in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. The room was clean, modern, well equipped and especially very soundproofed, which allowed us to enjoy very quiet nights. The staff were always available to answer our requests and gave us excellent recommendations from restaurants. The location is ideal: although the hotel is slightly away from the main road, it is a real advantage because it avoids noise damage. It is only a few meters from the beach, in a living neighborhood with many nearby restaurants. I recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Our stay at Abi’s Hotel & Spa in Vlorë was absolutely outstanding! From the very first moment at the reception, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and genuine kindness — Briland and Aisha were incredibly helpful, warm, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made every morning special. Breakfast was tasty and satisfying, with plenty of good options to start the day well. The spa area is another highlight — a perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, all while overlooking the sea. We would also like to praise the entire staff for their hard work, friendliness, and high-quality service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable — we truly appreciated every moment! Highly recommended to anyone visiting Vlorë.

Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter – von der Rezeption über die Restaurants bis hin zum Strandservice – begegnet den Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Professionalität. Man spürt in jedem Moment, dass Gastfreundschaft hier nicht nur ein Versprechen, sondern gelebte Leidenschaft ist. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns das Frühstück. Das Buffet ist außergewöhnlich vielfältig und qualitativ auf höchstem Niveau. Darüber hinaus können zahlreiche frisch zubereitete À-la-carte-Gerichte ohne Aufpreis zusätzlich zum Buffet bestellt werden. Diese Kombination aus Auswahl, Qualität und Präsentation erinnert an die besten Luxushotels, die wir aus den Arabischen Emiraten und Asien kennen. Für uns gehört dieses Frühstück ohne Zweifel zur absoluten Spitzenklasse. Auch der Housekeeping-Service verdient ein besonderes Lob. Die Zimmer werden sogar zweimal täglich liebevoll gepflegt, und am Abend erwartet die Gäste eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit mit Snacks am Nachttisch – eine wunderschöne Geste, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht. Kostenfreies Wasser wird jederzeit in ausreichender Menge zur Verfügung gestellt, was ebenfalls zeigt, wie aufmerksam das Hotel an das Wohl seiner Gäste denkt. Das gesamte Hotel vermittelt ein Gefühl von Eleganz, Ruhe und exklusivem Komfort. I come to this hotel every year and in the past I have always experienced my stay here as great. Unfortunately my experience this time was very disappointing. The toilet in our room was not well-tight, we have reported this several times, but unfortunately nothing was done, which has forced my family and I to go down to use the toilet, which was very annoying and uncomfortable. I have lactose and glucose intolerance, but unfortunately there was little choice for me. I also found many of the employees very chagrinish and not hospitality, the only positive exception was a man named Ferdy and a female employee, who were friendly and helpful. Because I've been here every year and always satisfied, I find it extra sorry that my experience was so bad this time. I hope that the hotel will take these points seriously and will pay more attention to the service, supplies and wishes of guests with food intolerance in the future.

The hotel is in a great location. I would have appreciated having extra blankets already in the room, as I was cold for two nights. Unfortunately, the in-room phone wasn’t working, and since I was already in my pajamas, I didn’t go downstairs to inform the front desk. When I mentioned it the next morning, I was told the blankets were there, but they weren’t. That was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, everything else was good

Great hotel, but expect more for the room. Anyway, it’s good experience.
