The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and fast, and the whole process is patiently answering questions, which makes people feel comfortable. Voice control lights, curtains, air conditioning, moving mouth, not hands, lazy gospel, equipped with a smart toilet, constant temperature shower is super intimate, robot delivery is also very convenient. Voice control is sensitive, the bedding is skin-friendly, the sound insulation is good, and the dry and wet separation is refreshing. TTaoshaoxiaWildbunny國慶假期想帶家人在省內遊玩一下，之前帶父母體驗過花婆婆，這次結合實際行程安排毫不猶豫選擇了左手香。
工作人員在前一天已經主動和我確認行程，並且加了微信羣，細心的告知住宿相關事項。5號上午從西安自駕到石泉，品嚐石鍋魚之後繼續取車前往左手香，一路上因為山路蜿蜒又遇連續降雨開的小心翼翼，好在順利天亮時就到達了民宿。提前告知工作人員即將到達，所以一個小夥子已經在民宿門口等我們，一路帶領我們停車，並且主動幫拿行李，帶去辦理入住，直至把我們送到房間。
房間的第一印象就是細節滿滿，洗護用品一應俱全，甚至配備了牙線、皮筋。牆上掛了斗笠和一個挎包，開始以為是擺設，打開包發現裏面有遮陽傘、防蚊液、墨鏡和鯊魚夾，原來是給客人備用的。衣櫃裏面也放置了防蚊液、滅蚊拍、雨傘、電子秤等。確實衹有我沒想到的，但民宿管理人員都想到了。
窗外就是山野田間，還有割下的稻草整齊擺放在田間，窗下一叢植物間總有蝴蝶飛舞。
沿着民宿一樓往後走有鵝塘，兒子很喜歡逗大鵝。旁邊還有手工室和活動中心，也許旺季來時人多會開放。周邊隨處可見鮮花和果蔬，二樓往上有露台和泳池，整體用於休閑的地方其實挺大。
餐廳的早飯健康美味，午餐晚餐點的菜也都很好吃，讓我和孩子念念不忘的是臘腸（不鹹）和酒釀圓子，暖心又暖胃。
住宿期間民宿提供茶包和咖啡，入住時有果盤，住的第二天恰逢中秋，還送了一盤月餅，很有心。短短兩天能感覺到民宿的管理人員和工作人員都很質樸、善良，對於我們提出的問題總是耐心解答，主動借冰箱給我們存放東西，見面總是有禮貌的打招呼，讓我們感覺很親切。因為下雨有滑坡，老闆一直在聯繫鎮上的工作人員及時清理道路，也讓我感覺這個民宿真的是很用心在經營，背後有很多人在努力，就憑這一點我覺得性價比真的很高了。
離開民宿的時候我們都很不捨，平時忙習慣了，在這裏真的能感受到悠然與寧靜。返回時在能停車的地方都會停車拍照，景色真的很美。

AAnonymous UserMore accurately, it's a hotel complex. The entire hotel is situated on a high mountain wetland, requiring a winding ascent along a mountain road. While the road is in good condition, it's steep, so be careful. Once you reach the summit, you can see the hotel's unique architectural design. Its various functional buildings are scattered throughout the forest, separated and shaded by woodlands and mountain streams, and connected by winding paths. There are the ”Famous School Hall” and ”Celebrity Hall” for residential and conference purposes, as well as the ”Celebrity Hall” for sports centers. There are also residential buildings and buildings housing Chinese and Western restaurants, and a zoo for visitors to enjoy. The overall environment is remarkably natural, creating a garden-style hotel that blends seamlessly with nature. A downside is the lack of controllable air conditioning in the rooms. While the hotel claims to use a German thermostat, the results are disappointing. The two nights we stayed there were unbearably hot and humid, and the hotel only provided floor fans to cool us down, claiming the air conditioning was fully operational. This suggests this is a common complaint among guests.

YYouhe1324上個月出差住過該酒店，這個月又因為出差到石泉還是繼續入住該酒店。酒店有自己的地下停車場及地面停車場，地下停車場相對較小和車位較少；前台、客房服務人員、餐廳服務員工作態度都很好，見面都很有禮貌的主動問好；房間比較大；衞生間乾濕分離，房間裏使用的熱水很足，洗澡舒服，面盆比較深不容易濺水出來，有擦手的小方巾和洗手液；這次入住感覺到下面廣場有點吵了，上次可能是因為天冷市民沒有出來，現在天暖和了就出來唱和調了，不過我到晚上9：30左右就收場了；早餐相對上次要少一點了，開餐時間是7開始，我們7：10到餐廳時菜品都還沒有完全擺出來，餐廳服務人員少了，“人少事多”這是餐廳服務人員説的，不過上菜還是比較快的衹是我們沒有吃到更多的菜品；酒店周邊吃飯不太方便。不過總體對該酒店的入住體驗還是很滿意的，石泉的事情還沒有了結下次到石泉還住你家。
