A magical hotel with exceptional kindness shown by everyone who works there. Fab central location among street art, excellent WiFi, superb aircon and showers, and enchanted rooftop pool with restaurant. One would be fortunate to get a room here. Excellent room and surroundings. The balcony is spacious and directly facing a sunset. There are two restraunts and two public pools for amenities. Great staff, great food, great facility. The hotel is bigger than it looks. Good price overall, though the beech might be a little far for people who didnt rent bikes/cars.

It is right next to tulum ruins (10 min walk). This is within the national parc region and very calm. If you are looking for a party place, It is not the best location. But, Peace seekers and travellers who just want to enjoy beautiful tulum beach; This is PERFECT. The staff and hospitality is amazing.

The hotel is amazing just like the pictures! There is even many jacuzzis a steam room & a sauna. Also so many pools! The room is so big & has everything you need! Very modern & comfortable. The only downside is it is in the middle of the slums so it’s not the safest area esp as a solo female traveler but even though it’s in the slums of poverty nothing ever happened to me the locals actually tried to help me with my suitcase and to find the hotel.

Beautiful hotel!! Spent an amazing week in a villa with my husband and we will never forget it. Our room was leaking a bit with the rain. Overall a wonderful experience. The museum was beautiful and the other location was well worth the drive to visit if you have a car.
