"Room type selection: (There is a giant pit here, it is recommended to avoid the pit) We booked a "sea breeze room" and told us that we had upgraded our room type when we checked in. We waited for us to check in and found that we had transferred to the "pool room" The difference between the two is that the sea breeze room is located in the second row of the hotel's seaside, you can have your own terrace but not against the sea, you can feel the sea breeze The pool room is actually a jungle room with a pool, and you can't feel the sea breeze at all. After coordination, we finally gave us the sea breeze we wanted. It turned out that the "sea breeze room" was oversold that day, and it was upgraded to the "seaside room" for free. But it's really noisy! It's noisy to sleep at all Because it is made of tent materials, the sea breeze is blowing at night, and it is not soundproof at all, and the sound of the waves beating the reef is no longer the level of white noise. It is the kind that requires earplugs to sleep. Don't listen to the free upgrade of the hotel. "Sea Wind Room" is the only recommended choice. Mosquitoes: It's the kind of thing that you can get bitten on your legs as soon as you go out. Remember to spray mosquito water before going out No matter how close the road is, The beach in this house is almost impossible to walk up, because it is not cleaned, so the smell is still very serious This wild luxury is still mainly "wild", bathing needs to be in the open air, this feeling is OK, water heat is very important"

"First of all the service was beyond bad, it’s as if the staff never communicated with eachother. Upon arrival, we got asked if we were celebrating anything, to which we said yes as it’s our fifth anniversary, and they said they would arrange a surprise for us the next day. We finished our stay without any surprise or acknowledgment as to what had happened, it was just forgotten. They would ask us every day if it was our first time at breakfast, ask about allergies and so on, which on your fifth day at the hotel makes it feel very impersonal. The hotel is also very restrictive in when you can use their amenities, which is laughable when they have no direct beach access. Their pool only opens 11am-6pm, their bikes (which are in horrible shape) can only be hired 9am-6pm…it felt like being at a school camp instead of an alleged 5-star hotel. You are stranded on a street with nothing to do, no signal outside of the hotel, no free beach access and a whopping $40 to get to the town center (which is a 15min drive away). To put the cherry on top, we got called to our room on our last night asking when we would like our bags collected for check-out, they said it was arranged…and it never was. We also never got asked if we had a nice stay upon leaving, nothing. They truly don’t seem to care. Honestly, save yourself the trouble."

"A charming resort right by the beach. My room has the most amazing sunrise view. But do take note, it’s an eco-friendly resort, so there’s no phone, TV or minibar. Every request is done through WhatsApp. Its own restaurant has quite the menu to sate your appetite, though there are tons of eateries outside on the main street. The best place to relax and switch off from the world."

"You can hear the sound of waves all the way to your room, so you can feel the great outdoors. The only disappointing thing was that there was a charge for water in the room. Tap water was free, but I was grateful that bottled water was also free. Overall, I'm very satisfied because I can see the sea from my room. There were a lot of mosquitoes and I got bitten a lot, so I recommend bringing insect repellent spray."

"A 4-star hotel that's only worth 3. Located in the middle of nowhere. The road to get there is riddled with potholes. There's only one restaurant serving mediocre buffets. No shops nearby. A car is essential. No parasols on the beach. The hotel is on the beach, which is the only positive point. The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was tiny for two people."

When i checked in they asked for credit card deposit and they blocked approximately 600 usd .After hours again they charged full payment which i was paid to Trip.com already .when i called them they told me they did the recieved payment from trip.com. So after some hour they called said sorry we did wrong while you check out we will return money. It is about 1 week i am still waiting money to be returned to my credit card which was charged without my permission.By the way they wasn’t blocked anount they just charged 3700$ .About the rooms i never suggested bungoliw tents.insects everywhere …."

"the resort is upscale and we stay there for 4 days, very comfortable. Hot water takes too long to come out (big minus). Swimming pool water is too cold because the tempture is low and no heating. Food choices are good. Services are good too."

"My husband and I visited November 2024. November was a slow season so there were few guests. The customer service was great. A light breakfast is included however every meal and drink we had at the hotel resturant was delicious. Our room was clean and well kept. The beer fridge refilled with beer and water was a great treat. The grounds are Instagram worthy. The hotel is still being updated so be prepared for that. I suggest renting a car or minimize because the taxis will add up due to distance from downtown and popular beach areas. There is a beach walkable across the highway for a small fee. Overall the design and customer service was great and I would return."
