Great
OOier Saenz MartinThe hotel is beautiful, with amazing facilities. While it's centrally located and well-connected, downtown isn't the best area in Portland, and there are many homeless people at night.
ZZora69The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is a simple American meal.
The flight was delayed and we were able to check in quickly in the middle of the night. We helped to solve accommodation problems. It is worth recommending
TTravelxiongOne of the few hotels in the United States that satisfied us all. The hotel is relatively new, the decoration is also in line with our taste, and the service is also good. It is located in the center of Portland, and it is very convenient to go out for dinner and shopping around. Crossing the road is the local area The Pioneer Square. The hotel’s parking lot is very expensive and costs more than 50 per night. We then found a parking lot across the road, at a normal price.
If I have the opportunity to go again, this is definitely my best choice.
JJarod ChristopherHotel was a smaller limited service boutique hotel. Locating was great for our needs (Trailblazers game) as we we're only a few minutes away from the Moda Center. The hotel is a minimalists dream. The room come across a a college dorm room, but is clean and uncluttered. It had a restaurant bar in the lobby with a Korean inspired menu. The bar draws locals from the area and had a really good vibe. Parking is $50 per night, but there options such as street parking with totals about $20 a day (Strange street parking rates...well strange to me at least 🤣) or parking garages near by for about half the cost of the hotel parking. The room rate was an awesome plus and the location made it a no brainer for us.
JJackjackjackEverything was good except no pool. It said it had a pool online but actually there isn't one. Parking is also across the street, which is kind of annoying. Everything else was great. Close to OMSI.
GGuest UserOne word: Perfect !
Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.
GGuest UserI stay here often ! Everyone is so awesome from housekeepers to front desk and now meal service. Views are spectacular! Hillary comes to mind as an efficient helpful young lady. They are all
Awesome ! Take a walk on the wild side After all you are in Oregon. Cheers
__M1861199****I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel.
We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms.
I want to be very clear about the nature of these items:
The box was full and intact
It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature
The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room
These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies
Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that:
The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and
No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept.
At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications.
These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.
GGuest UserIt was nice and the staff was friendly !! It's downtown, so accessibility is good. Instead, parking has to be street parking, so it's a bit scary, but there was no problem.
KKirus24Location is fine, but there are a lot of homeless people near hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was really really good. The bad thing is that there is no free parking (they offer $59 valet parking which is super expensive). If you’re lucky you will find some free overnight parking spots near hotel (it’s free from 7pm to 8am). So I would recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without car.
