"Through no fault of management, getting to this hotel was a challenge created by the signage used on New York State roads. Still after only two tries, we found the facility. The parking spaces were ample. In spite of the current trend for online check-in, here the process remains manual. No problem. The room was older and somewhat worn (burn holes in the armchair and a couple more in a blanket on the bed), and bathroom ventilation was via a small window to open. The room was reasonably clean, but we still wore foot coverings. Everything worked fine: plenty of hot water for the shower, the heater/AV unit worked and was not overly loud, refrigerator was cold, and the wifi was very adequate. Even though the facility was right on a major highway, the room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. For being near the airport of a metropolitan area, the rate was fair. I would have stated that at checkout but we could find not one to check us out, so I merely left the room keys with a note."
