"Initially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained."

"Located in a very remote rural area, in the opposite direction from the county town, there are no places to eat nearby, and only one person is on duty at the shop. Aside from being close to the Grand Canyon, it's very far from other scenic spots. Taking a taxi is extremely inconvenient and expensive; if you stay in the county town, a taxi from the public visitor center only costs 5-10 yuan. The hotel itself is also very basic, just an ordinary guesthouse. The decor and facilities are very basic."

But I booked for two nights, and on the second day my family was asked to change rooms because another guest booked two more nights and wanted to stay consecutively. This reason is really puzzling. Why did they ask us to change rooms for the same two nights? There were elderly people and children, and the children were also very unhappy after the change."
