"The homestay is part of the ancient city, the environment and service are good, the anti-lock hole of the room is a bit inaccurate, it takes some effort to lift it up😅 Friends who drive by themselves, please note... there is no parking space, leave as soon as possible after unloading the luggage, otherwise the security guards of the community next door will force you to leave😂 The car needs to be parked in the school basement parking lot, which is an 8-minute walk away🅿️ Personally, I give it an overall score... 7.5 points"

"A friend recommended this hotel, and overall, it was fantastic! The receptionist was very kind and gentle, and she upgraded our room for free. The facilities were complete and cozy, and the lake view from the balcony was amazing—so pleasant! The hotel staff were all very polite, always greeting us with a smile, even the chefs and room service staff. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming everywhere. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and the freshly ground coffee in the lobby bar was also excellent. At only 9.9 yuan, it was an absolute steal! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up][Thumbs up]"

"We booked a 38-square-meter family room, but stayed in a 10-square-meter room. The inn didn't have an elevator, and climbing up was a bit of a struggle for us, a 70-year-old. The bathroom didn't have a toilet, just a squat toilet, and getting up after squatting was a struggle. Showering was done with the toilet lid on top, which was tiny. The shower head couldn't be adjusted, so we had to hold it up with our hands to wash. We had originally planned to stay and not move, but had no choice but to find another hotel. This one listed online as 25 square meters, but it was more than double the 38-square-meter size! I wish all businesses would operate with integrity."

"What a fantastic experience! The staff were all very nice. The place was very clean and the facilities were complete. The guesthouse even offered free pick-up and drop-off service from the train station! So thoughtful! It's not far from the center of the old town, and the alleyways leading to Shangshu Mansion offer unique scenery. We also met a really kind driver along the way who offered to pick us up with a simple phone call. Aside from the bad weather, everything was great on this trip."

"A very cozy homestay, clean and convenient. You can wash and dry clothes on the roof. There is a washing machine. It is very close to the ancient city. You can also visit the ancient city. It is a homestay run by an old couple. They are warm and hospitable. When I left, the old couple sent me to the door to say goodbye and told me how to take the bus. If I come to Taining again, I will stay at their home"

MMeiyoulianThe room is exactly like the picture, what you see is what you get, the whole room is filled with spring water, and it is only about 200 meters away from the opposite side of Dajin Lake. The boss is very enthusiastic and provides breakfast in the morning. If you want to eat here at noon or evening, it is highly recommended. It is delicious and affordable, and the price is reasonable.

GGuest UserI like it so much. By the clear river, the wind and rain covered bridge crosses the river. The environment is quiet and convenient. It is not far from the ancient town of the scenic spot and Dajin Bridge. The little girl is very thoughtful, contact us in advance, and provide location, pointing out parking and charging locations. The room was clean and tidy. The utensils are very new. The breakfast is small and beautiful, and the tableware is exquisite. For our questions, the little sister is tireless, there are questions and answers, which makes people feel warm. Next time a friend comes to Taining, I will recommend this store

AAnonymous UserInitially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space. Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress. Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station. Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

GGuest UserA very nice B&B. It was converted from a private duplex villa. It was recently renovated, so it still has a little wooden feel. The equipment inside is also very good, and there are many small items given that are very practical. The attitude of the store and the waiter was very good. We were almost over for the buffet breakfast. I asked if I could bring it over to wait for my family to come down. The waiter said that it was okay, as long as it was not wasted👏👍. The location of the B&B is very good. It is very close to the ancient city, a 5-minute walk away. There are many attractions in the ancient city, including Minzhu Street for dining, which are all very close to each other on foot.

TTom FuzerNice hotel, right in the most attractive part of Taining town. It's a few minutes walk from the historic district, right on the river front. Easy access also to get to the natural scenic areas of the region. The hotel itself is nice, clean, well-maintained. The room is spacious and has modern features. The staff is very helpful, they do their best to accommodate a laowai customer. The only critique I have that is true for the vast majority of the hotels in China that the breakfast isn't exactly attractive for foreigners. One can of course eat Chinese breakfast with steamed buns and spicy soups and things like that most of the time, but occasionally I wouldn't mind to have a western style option available too. In a four star hotel I would expect this to be on the menu

The rooms are bright and spacious, with complete facilities, separate dry and wet washing, clean and tidy; The breakfast is more abundant, with cakes, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, corn:, yams, noodles, milk, soy milk and porridge, plus eggs, fresh stir-fried vegetables, fruits, etc. for choice. Friends were very satisfied with eating and living, and stayed for another night. The location of the Han and Tang hotels is very good, across the river from the ancient city, and convenient to the surrounding scenic spots.
