"Staying during the summer holiday meant fewer crowds, which was a plus. The room was nice, well-equipped, and clean, and the AC was strong. My only complaint is that the hot spring and kids' play area had a noticeable urine smell. Traveling with a kid was exhausting! We arrived at 3 PM and spent until 4 PM in the water. Then it was a 6 PM buffet dinner, back to the room to rest at 7 PM, and then back to the hot springs area at 9:30 PM, though unfortunately, it was just plain water. The next day, after the buffet breakfast, we went back to the room to pack and rest a bit. We checked out at the hot spring area at 11 AM, squeezing in a bit more play, and then headed home at 1 PM."

We were also delighted to find they provided late-night supper, with a great variety including fruits, dim sum, and noodle soup – that was truly a fantastic touch! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always promptly assisting with any requests. We were also very touched that the manager gave small gifts to our children. Highly recommended!"

"This hotel has been renovated, but the rooms aren't new. The cleanliness was just so-so. The recreational facilities aren't new either; they're a bit old. My booking package included afternoon tea, and the voucher specified one drink and one pastry. I got the drink, but no pastry. The front desk service was good. Overall impression: I booked a standard twin room without a hot tub on the balcony for 688 RMB. The price doesn't match the quality."

The golf driving range, karaoke room, mahjong room, swimming pool, and pool table all provided a fantastic experience. The butler was readily available to assist with any issues.
