She had a warm smile the entire time and spoke in a gentle, polite manner. The check-in and check-out process was very quick, and she thoughtfully informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and great places to visit and eat nearby. When I inquired about parking and late check-out, Cathy answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, always maintaining a warm and patient attitude without a hint of impatience. She was professional and attentive, with exceptional attention to detail in her service. Her excellent front desk service significantly enhanced my stay. Five stars for Cathy; I'll definitely be looking for her on my next visit!"

"The driver was humorous and polite, providing pick-up and drop-off service. The receptionist was also warm and patient in answering all my questions. The owner was very generous and kind. It was a truly welcoming hotel; I really felt at home even while traveling. In the evening, after a satisfying dinner, we could order some barbecue and sing karaoke. Afterward, we could soak our feet in the hotel's private pool – it was incredibly relaxing!"

"The hotel has been renovated, and the furniture has been replaced. The overall environment and facilities feel brand new, which is great. The staff and butler service were also excellent. Really impressive! I'll definitely be back next time. P.S. The hotel now has two capybaras, and you can feed them!"

"Ling The homestay has its own swimming pool, and the children are unwilling to come out in the water every afternoon. A few steps out is the ancient style block, and it is very delicious to go shopping and take pictures at night. It is only five minutes from the pier and it is very convenient to buy seafood. The courtyard twin room has a large space, a family of four lives in a spacious and comfortable environment, and the environment is beautiful. I really can't find a second one at this price."

"I booked two rooms for two nights. The cleaning was okay, and the breakfast was good. However, I told one of the rooms not to change the sheets and blankets or tidy up the bed, but when I came back, I found that the sheets and blankets had been tidied up anyway. I don't like it when someone else touches the sheets and blankets that I cleaned. Also, the ventilation in one of the rooms was broken. I told them that night, but it still hadn't been repaired when I came back the next day."

"Except for the service of the lady at the front desk, everything else was poor. I just checked into the first room and smelled a strange smell (the smell of stool) and asked to change rooms. The cleaning lady said that all the rooms were full and I couldn't change them. (Later we checked in and found that the isolation rooms to our left and right were unoccupied) Fortunately, the lady at the front desk helped to change it! Then in the morning, the auntie was doing cleaning work on the balcony and was very noisy, and the intercom was very noisy. The most special thing is that this was the first time I stayed in a room with the bedside facing the toilet. The room costs more than 600 yuan, and the sense of expression is very poor, very poor"
