Beds in the Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and appropriate size but the sofa, freeze drawer in refrigerator and chairs in the living room were dirty and smelled awful like a homless person had slept on it! Drawers in the kitchen were greasy. Host must pay attention about cleanliness and hygiene. Location is good. We had a good time and vacation."

The road is a bit dark, though."

The decor though was very tacky bling in style, which was evident throughout the public areas. Not offensive, but definitely amusing. "Everything else was good, except for one thing: the twin beds were a bit too small. The hotel is classic and quiet, though the room was a bit dark. The staff were friendly, the cleanliness was acceptable, and the location was decent. I'd probably stay here again next time I'm in Timisoara."

"I stayed at this hotel for 10 days with 2 children and 3 adults. We chose it because two of our group had stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. Sadly, this time was completely different. Before our arrival, we noticed on Instagram that the hotel had changed to an adults-only policy. Despite already having our booking and payment, the hotel only informed us about a week before our stay that children would not be allowed to use the pool and could only remain in the garden—an utterly unreasonable restriction. When we raised concerns, the owner, Bianca, bluntly told us we could either accept it or find another hotel. At that stage, it was far too late to find alternative accommodation with similar facilities, so we reluctantly decided to continue with our booking. From the very first day, we felt unwelcome and treated as an inconvenience. Even as paying hotel guests, we were only permitted two sunbeds by the pool, while the majority were reserved for outside day visitors. Adding to the frustration, the chef had recently left, so there was no provision for lunch or dinner. When we brought our own light snacks to the pool, we were scolded by a very rude and unprofessional staff member. The worst incident came when two staff members brought out hard plastic sunbeds and informed us that we needed to move from the pool area—these inferior beds were apparently for us, despite our being hotel guests. When we tried to complain at reception and asked to speak to the owner, she refused to come out of her office and instead sent the same unpleasant staff member to deal with us. Breakfast was mediocre. It was obvious that some food was being reused from previous days rather than freshly prepared. On one occasion, we even had to provide a watermelon we had purchased ourselves, just so they could serve fresh fruit at breakfast. The only saving grace of this hotel was Adrian, a wonderful staff member originally from the Philippines with 20 years of hospitality experience. He was attentive, kind, and went out of his way to help us—nothing was ever too much trouble. Without him, our stay would have been unbearable, especially since we never received a proper welcome from the owner. Unfortunately, the new management has completely destroyed the charm and atmosphere of what used to be a lovely hotel. The focus is now on catering to influencers and day visitors who pay to lounge by the pool and take endless selfies, while actual hotel guests are neglected. In summary: this hotel is no longer what it once was. The owners prioritise social media appearances over hospitality, and families are made to feel unwelcome."

"Avoid using the service of this hotel! The lady at reception is utterly unprofessional, rude and definitely her attire, behaviour are not suitable to a 4 star labelled service/ location. The location small and cozy… maybe a bit too small and feels crowded but for similar pricing you can get much better! Management should definitely look into sending her back to training, despite her claims of being a successful employee for 10 years. If she would be working under my management would definitely be on a PIP. Disgusting and such a bitter taste! This is not a service that I would wish, even to my worst enemy. She is not listening, she is not polite, she is not problem- solving focused but her attitude is over the rough and it’s everything that you would not want for your business. I don’t think I have ever had such an appalling service that managed to take me out of my control and comfort zone as the interaction with this “so called reception manager did”! RUN!"

"From the staff being very nice and welcoming, the variety and quality of the breakfast buffet, the size of the rooms, the comfortable beds it is difficult in mere words to convey the efforts made to pamper their hotel guests. “Mac” was helpful in recommending restaurants to try out in Timisoara. The Tresor Le Palais is the best hotel we’ve enjoyed in years. See the contrast of this 5 star versus the so called 4 star we reviewed in 2022 in Timisoara. Now I better understand the difference between heaven and hell."

"The residence is located within an apartment complex. The parking and facilities are good, but I remember having trouble getting the heating to work. Call in advance to arrange for it. "Unfortunately, we encountered major hygiene issues at this accommodation. Here are the main concerns: Dirty sheets and mattress cover – with a large yellow stain in the middle. Presence of cockroaches in the kitchen. Water with food residue and dirt in the dishwasher. Electric kettle with limescale buildup and other residues inside. This is completely unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The presence of dust in some areas of the room would not have bothered me, but these are serious issues. We informed the accommodation about these problems but received no assistance."

"It is a reliable hotel with staff cooperation There was a time when there was no staff at the reception because of the off-season, but when I was waiting, other staff contacted me and the receptionist came immediately. When I went to the night, I told you what I needed, and I prepared it properly. I did the procedure for consecutive nights twice, but I didn't cheat because I told me that I presented the wrong amount the first time The room was large and clean and the bathroom was comfortable There is a desk and a chair in front of the bathroom door. (Is it depending on time?) I felt the smell of excrement from the toilet so badly that time was painful. Thanks to this hotel, it became a city that I loved Timisoara Thank you very much."
