"Service is good. There were a lot of Korean staff, so it was comfortable, and everyone was friendly and helped with luggage storage and drop-off taxi reservations before and after check-in. However, it was strange that the drop-off taxi fare was about twice the difference between the amount informed by the hotel and the amount paid to the taxi driver, but I couldn't confirm it. Breakfast is delicious, but the menu changes every day, so it's a bit of a struggle. Due to the aging of the facilities, aspects such as room condition and bed sheets were disappointing. It’s a great place to go for various activities and water play."

"The 24/7 Chinese-speaking service was exceptional; the staff were very attentive and patiently answered all our questions. "I recently stayed at the Surf Rider Hotel in Saipan and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I was very pleased with the location, facilities, and the comfort of my stay. The Great Harvest Café was excellent, and I truly appreciated the outstanding service from Tessie (Housekeeping) and Necy (Front Desk). However, I was surprised and somewhat disappointed when I inquired about using the laundry facility and was told that if hotel linens were in the washer or dryer, I could move them myself. As a guest, I would expect hotel linens to be managed by staff, both for hygiene reasons and to maintain a professional standard. That said, I truly appreciate the professionalism of the team at Surf Rider and would gladly stay again, as well as recommend them to travelers heading to Saipan. If you haven’t been to Saipan, I encourage you to visit—it’s a wonderful place and so are its people."

"The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future."

"If there are 100 teams in the family, 98 of them are Korean teams haha. Korean staff were always present and communication was smooth. The staff are also very friendly. It feels like it's old, but it feels like it's been well maintained. First of all, I chose this resort because my child loves playing in the water. I was actually a little disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing a water park in Korea. It is not open all the time, but has set times, and the lazy river only has certain sections where you can feel the speed... There is a small slide attached to the pool that must be climbed while the staff is sitting;; Anyway, don’t expect water parks in our country haha. I ate at Café Galley after swimming for lunch. If possible, change your clothes and go to Magellan. Personally, I had the most food for breakfast and dinner at Magellan. Haha. It was a shame to find out after checking out. Anyway, since I have a gold card, I have swimming rice and swimming rice... I had a good time ♡"

"The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise."

"I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."

However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. We stayed for three nights, and the balcony offered a stunning view, just like in the first picture. Full marks to Mr. He! His recommendations for activities and photo spots were amazing!! Our three-day experience of diving, fishing, stargazing, and road trips was fantastic. He provided airport pick-up and drop-off, and daily lunch and evening pick-ups and drop-offs from the city center, which was very convenient. The restaurants he recommended were also top-notch!! Booking activities through the hotel was cheaper than booking outside, and they even had someone pick us up and drop us off. This trip was very pleasant, and I highly recommend it!"
