The room was spotless, the facilities were well-maintained, and the hot water was plentiful with a super comfy bed – truly the best comfort for a traveler after a day of exploring. I especially loved the lush greenery surrounding the hotel; waking up to the sound of birds chirping in the morning was a delight. The front desk staff were very polite, and the check-out process was quick and efficient. If I ever visit Apollo Bay again, this will definitely be my top choice!"

"The hotel is awesome, there are three rooms, we are in the cottage 1 in the innermost. The facilities are very complete, the landlord also gave a small snack and a bottle of red wine, and the bath products are L'Occitane. It is really good~ There is a BBQ stove, and the landlord tells us the supermarket in the town. Ice cream shop, especially perfect accommodation, choose here is right! ! !"

"Traveling during Christmas, everything was fully booked. I didn't have high expectations for this place, thinking it would just be an overpriced motel for the holidays, but it far exceeded them! I booked a bridge view room, and it seems there's a big difference between room types, so I'm not sure if this review applies to other layouts. The room was very spacious and bright, with magnificent mountain views. The decor was elegant and meticulously arranged, extremely well-maintained, and clearly decorated with great care, absolutely five-star hotel level. All basic amenities were available, and despite being in a small town, it featured a full-sized bathtub with smooth water filling and draining. The owner even left two Melbourne-specialty chocolates for guests, which was a very thoughtful touch. After staying in a five-star hotel in Melbourne city, I was quite disappointed with Australian hotel standards, but this bridge view room far surpassed my expectations. I'd even say it's on par with the Park Hyatt! (Okay, that might be an exaggeration.) Anyway, I had a very comfortable night here. I recommend everyone choose this place when staying in Apollo Bay, and I'll definitely stay here again if I return!"

"The hotel is on the edge of the Great Ocean Road. It used to be convenient. Next to it is a small town that can be supplemented with some daily necessities. The service attitude of the hotel was relatively poor. We booked the room. When we arrived at the hotel, it was more than 9:00 in the evening. The front desk of the hotel was closed. We called and asked for the procedure. The receptionist made a half-day complaint and said that we disturbed him to sleep. There was no quilt in the room, the weather was a little cold, and the air conditioning in the room was not strong. There was no way to be familiar with the surroundings.
