However, you can book the breakfast buffet at the neighboring restaurant ”Marris” for 14.90 EUR (Note: unfortunately closed on Sundays) or for 8.50 EUR at the nearby ”Wombat's” hotel (Note: very basic breakfast). 😔👎🏻"

"This hotel boasts excellent transport links, being super close to HBF Central Station and right next to DM. I booked a day tour and found that many tour buses depart from a hotel just over 100 meters away, making it very convenient for catching those day trip coaches. The hotel lobby offers complimentary fruit daily; I grabbed an apple every day, along with some candies. The rooms don't have bathtubs, and the beds are quite small, with two beds basically pushed together. The mattress firmness was just right, and the pillow height suited me well. There's a Nespresso capsule coffee machine with 8 capsules, replenished daily, and six tea bags, which is nice – I particularly enjoyed the ginger tea. The environment is clean and hygienic, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. This was a pleasant surprise, especially after staying in Nuremberg later and finding no facial tissues there! The sound insulation of the windows is decent; while it gets quite noisy when open due to the electric trains right by the station, the train sounds at night didn't bother me or affect my sleep. I must say, the breakfast is excellent, with a fantastic variety and delicious options. However, when I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM, the front desk informed me that early check-in, usually after 3 or 4 PM in European hotels, would cost dozens of euros. I figured the price was acceptable, so I checked in early. But then, at my next hotel in Nuremberg, I arrived at 12 PM and was allowed to check in without any extra charge when I asked if early check-in was possible. So, it's not really comparable! The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with good speed. They also provide a complimentary bottle of mineral water daily, which is a great perk as water in Europe can be quite expensive, around 20 RMB per bottle."

"There were 12 of us traveling: two adults as chaperones and 10 teenagers aged 14 to 16. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The amenities are also good for the price. Some rooms have a kitchenette. We were all very satisfied. We'd gladly come again!"

"A decent, no-frills hotel. If you get a high-floor room, you can enjoy panoramic city views. Breakfast was way too crowded, and while they claimed to have Asian food, there was really nothing of the sort – unless you count chopsticks, I guess. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby, a parking lot, and a mall with a supermarket downstairs."

"Extremely satisfied! The air conditioning was wonderfully cool, and the service was excellent 👍. On my first day, I just went to drop off my luggage in the morning, but when I asked at the front desk, they happened to have a room ready, so they let me check in early. The room also had a coffee machine, a fresh bottle of water daily, and a refrigerator in the cabinet."

"Although it's a bit far from the bustling streets, the area feels safe, and it's convenient if you're taking the airport bus. Each floor has a water dispenser, and the room has a fridge and a kettle, which saved us from having to go to the supermarket frequently during our trip. However, I felt the breakfast wasn't good value for money."

"There's a tram stop right outside, and a supermarket across the street. But! When I checked in, they said they'd make up the sofa bed, and when I got back around 8 PM, it still wasn't done. The toilet kept splashing water out when flushed, and there was no one available to fix it at night, nor any other rooms to switch to. The next day, I had to change rooms, which meant checking out at 11 AM and re-checking in at 3 PM – such a hassle!"

"I had an amazing 13 days stay with Schwan Locke. It’s really a home away from home and everything that I need are within a few mins’ walk (I.e. REWE, DM, cafe, food etc.) And best of all, the Spring Festival was just 7mins walk away! The bathroom is big by European lodging standards and every room has a nice window view! The bed is cosy and comfy and the range of pillows is great. Will continue to recommend this lodging to all our colleagues when we have our business trips to Munich."

"Pros: Great location—10-min walk to the train station and a big mall. Clean, comfortable room with a nice bathroom and tea/coffee machine. Checkout was quick and easy. Cons: Check-in was slow—arrived at 1:45pm but room wasn't ready until 3pm. Understaffed front desk with long queues. Only one complimentary water bottle for 2 nights, fridge wasn't plugged in, and pillows were too flat. No phone directory to call reception, which was frustrating. Breakfast costs €21 and includes omelet station. Verdict: Decent for business if you're patient, but don't expect 4-star service."

"I am very satisfied with my stay at Revo. The room is clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful, there are plenty of amenities, and the location is great. On the day I check in, the staff told me that the room was not ready yet, but quickly made it up to us by providing us free drinks while we waited. When we asked for extra pillows and the staff was unable to provide us that night since it was too late, she waived off the fees for another drink we were going to buy. The room we stayed in was well equiped and spacious. And the apartment/hotel had game room, workspace, meeting rooms, laundry room among many others. Right next to the hotel was a bakery, supermarket, and drug store, which is extremely convenient. The location was a little away from the city centre, but only a few steps from the metro station, so travelling wad also convenient. Overall, I really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend this place for travellers"
