"First, we asked the front desk to book a hot air balloon ride. They quoted 85 euros, saying it all goes to the hot air balloon company and doesn't include tips. The next day, when we were on the hot air balloon, we talked to some other Chinese tourists who booked the same ride and they only paid 50 euros... We basically got ripped off 35 euros, tearing up inside.
Our room had flies, and the sheets had orange stains that hadn't been washed out. When we reported it to the front desk, they gave us an insect spray, claiming it was colorless and odorless, and told us to use it. Later, we paid an extra 70 euros to upgrade our room, which was already a 4-digit price per night.
The location is quite remote. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the town center, but walking under the strong summer sun with intense UV rays was really tiring, with lots of uphill and downhill sections. So, we ended up taking taxis everywhere during our stay.
On our second day, around noon, the cleaning staff directly entered our room using a password, startling me awake from my sleep.
I can't recall anything else right now, but I'll add more if I remember."
