The owner was exceptionally warm and emotionally intelligent. During my stay, I felt incredibly well-cared for, just like family. The room was spacious and clean, and the unique architectural style of the building offered a truly memorable experience. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to go to town for meals and shopping. The hotel's food selection was extensive, and the view of the town from the rooftop was delightful. It was also very pleasant to sit on the rooftop, chat, have coffee, and enjoy the breeze in my free time.

Following an unfortunately disappointing experience at another hotel, arriving at Osmanali felt almost like a return to tranquillity. The staff demonstrated an exceptional sensitivity to my needs, always attentive without ever being intrusive, and their warmth made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It is precisely this human dimension that transforms a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable one. For this reason, I recommend Hotel Osmanali with complete sincerity and without the slightest hesitation. If you are travelling through Cappadocia, do not underestimate the importance of choosing a place worthy of such a magnificent journey. I was very sceptical at first, but oh was I wrong. An absolutely wonderful authentic stay. The decoration has made it feel like I’m somewhere really cultural, enriching the whole Cappadocia experience! Though I would probably appreciate if the doors were more soundproof. I was right next to the reception and could basically hear anything, but it was luckily quiet at night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the lady preparing it was very kind. Not to mention how the other staff were very friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Recommend 100%

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the views from the rooms were amazing! The breakfast was lavish and I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were very kind and always polite. The mascot cat, Kuroneko, was also cute. Uchisar is at a higher altitude than Goreme, so the views are generally beautiful and I personally recommend it. (It's not too far from the hot air balloon spot either.) I'd love to stay here again if I come to Cappadocia!

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel. Staying in a genuine cave room was such a unique and memorable experience, and the room was comfortable, clean, and full of character. The host was exceptional—friendly, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The team also assisted us with booking our hot air balloon flight and Red Tour, making our Cappadocia trip completely stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh local food, and the location was perfect for exploring Göreme and enjoying the beautiful views. Thank you for making our stay so special. We highly recommend Noah’s Ark Cave Hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia and would happily stay here again! 😊

We booked 2 nights at the Hira Cave Hotel. Omar and Mehdi took care of all our requests during our stay! The property is beautiful, rooms are well maintained and the location is at the perfect vantage point to experience beautiful views (from their rooftop). 📱 They reached out to us before checking in to give us information about the hot air balloon booking, various other tours and helped us arrange an airport shuttle - this was all via whatsapp. They even helped us organise a taxi late at night to go into town / as well as back to the hotel. 🛜 WiFi is good here! There were also no issues with connectivity with 4G/5G ✅ 🚪 Initially we had booked the ‘Arch Room’(which has windows), but upon arrival in the evening, we were given the Deluxe Cave room (smaller & no windows). I believe it was an honest mistake, and once we pointed it out, Mehdi took us to see the other available rooms and we ended up choosing the Queen Room w/Jacuzzi. I really appreciate that he did this, and the problem was solved on the spot! 🛁 The Queen room is beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom is massive! It has a Jacuzzi that fits 2 people! Water pressure in the shower is great, and basic amenities were provided in the bathroom. 🌬️ There is aircon in the room, however it wasn’t as cooling as we had hoped. There was also a glitch where it kept switching off after about 30 min and then showed us an error. So we had to keep turning it back on - which was a bit inconvenient 🤷🏻♀️. The issue was brought up during checkout, and they said they will be looking into it. 👍🏼 🍽️ They have a breakfast terrace that is covered yet has a STUNNING panoramic view of the whole town of Göreme. They had a delicious spread of food which was freshly made, clean & healthy! They were also able to make scrambled eggs on request. Overall, our experience here was great. We felt taken care of, and it’s safe to say we made a good choice staying here! 🫰🏼✨ Special thanks to Omar and Mehdi for their kind hospitality! We would highly recommend this place to everyone, as each room is unique and will appeal to people of varied tastes. 📝 Notes for improvement: - Include an ironing board in the room/ cupboard - Include a full length mirror in the room. Your guests will thank you for it!

We booked 3 rooms for a group of 7 people. The air conditioner in one room was not working. When contacted, the staff who was first sent to check, insisted the AC was working and then said it was not the hotel’s problem. This was surprising and disappointing from a pure service perspective given the high reviews this property has across several booking platform. The lady in charge of the evening shift eventually agreed the AC was not working and gave us a basket of fruit as an apology but they were not able to fix the issue until the next day and provided some pedestal fans overnight. They again provided more fruit and bottled water the next morning before we left for our day tour as another apology. However the service (especially the initial reaction by the staff) and amenity scores are heavily impacted by this experience. Another issue was a slight leak from the bathtub in our room which ended up making half the floor wet afterwards every time someone took a shower. This again has resulted in a lower cleanliness and amenity score. The hotel were able to accommodate our request to have rooms on the ground level to avoid too much climbing up and down stairs (we had members of our party who had slight mobility issues) - which was a positive, however, these rooms overlooked the road which the hotel straddles and so fairly loud traffic can be be heard throughout the day and also very early in the morning (3:30am) from those leaving for their hot air balloon trips. The rooms don’t seem to have much sound proofing. Note: this is magnified by the fact that this road is at the top of a hill so motorists have to gun their engines to get to the top making the noise louder. These few issues overshadowed what was otherwise a decent experience. The breakfast buffet is great with a wide variety of options - service was great at the buffet. The rooftop terrace where you can sit and relax and watch the hot air balloons fly overhead early in the morning is another highlight.

Due to a sudden change in my flight schedule, I needed a last-minute booking. Even though my stay was quite irregular, from a 1 PM check-in to a 12:45 AM check-out, the hotel was very accommodating. I stayed in a basement room with three beds, perfect for a family, and I was able to rest comfortably. The Wi-Fi was strong, and despite the lack of phone signal, I had a pleasant stay. The air conditioning unit kept the room cool. The shower had excellent water pressure, which was a plus. As expected with a cave hotel, some sand did fall from the ceiling, but I personally enjoyed that authentic cave experience. We didn't have an issue, but be aware there's a kettle but no refrigerator. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered juice to the children.

We stayed here 3 nights. December. Simple hotel with an open courtyard & we were in quad family room. When booking, we requested for cave room as we see there are pics of room that does not look like cave. Upon arrival we were given non-cave room (because it's a slightly bigger room compared to cave) we like that it's at level 1. Right at courtyard. It is convenient & nice to just hangout there. We checked with reception and requested to stay in a cave room. The reception was very helpful & allowed us to change for the next two nights after showing us how the cave room looks. My teenage girls love Lucky the dog (part of the reason why we picked this hotel) after reading reviews, and there are also 3-4 cats. They totally enjoyed the stay having these cute company. Breakfast was good enough & location is good too. We took bus to uchisar, even to derinkuyu on our own. Not too tough. Bus station within walking distance. Only hope to improve is the cave room toilet can be very stuffy. And the shower area can be curtained to prevent water from splashing around. Overall we are happy with our stay. And all the staff are helpful & nice.

Great and friendly service from staff, exceptionally from Mostava. We checked in late at 8pm and checked out exceptionally early at 3am since we had day tour before checking in and catch hot air balloons when checking out, he kept our baggage all those times and after getting back from balloons, we had another day tour before catching the night bus, he kindly let us shower and freshened up even though we checked out and repacked our luggage at theirs. I’ve never had a place where they are so kind and understandable.
