"As a family of five, we usually book two rooms when traveling, splitting up with Dad (son) and Mom (two daughters) for comfort, rather than trying to fit into one. This resort offered better value than others, and the breakfast was delicious. They also have bicycle rentals, which was great. I was able to visit the Hoi An morning market early while the kids were still asleep. The bathroom facilities felt a bit dated, but it didn't bother us. Our family isn't overly sensitive, so we just used them as is. The staff were all very friendly. The road leading to the resort is narrow, making it a bit difficult for cars, but it wasn't a major issue, though I did feel a little bad for the drivers. When we transferred to Da Nang, we used the hotel's shuttle service (a large minivan). The price difference wasn't significant, so I'd recommend considering it. I didn't see any other Koreans, it seemed to be mostly Western guests. Haha."

"The hotel has a very elegant and luxurious feel, and I managed to book it at a promotional rate through Trip.com, which made it even better value for money. The staff were friendly, attentive and always willing to help. They would often approach guests proactively whenever they noticed someone might need assistance, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was decent with a good selection of food. I stayed on Level 9, and the view from my room was fantastic. The room itself was beautifully designed, comfortable, and inviting. In fact, I felt so relaxed that I was tempted to stay in the room rather than venture out into the scorching Da Nang heat during my visit. The only downside was the bathroom setup, where the shower was combined with the bathtub. It could be a little slippery and not very convenient when showering inside the bathtub. Without a proper divider, water tended to splash across the bathroom floor, making it harder to keep the area dry. That said, this was a minor issue compared to the overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay."

"Our stay at Sandals Stay Hotel in Da Nang was a wonderful surprise! As a new hotel opening in 2025, the facilities are incredibly new, and there was absolutely no hint of renovation smell. The hotel is located on a main road in the city center. While it's a bit of a distance from My Khe Beach, it's convenient for getting around everywhere, and it's very quiet at night. It's perfect for travelers looking to experience local life."

"The complimentary spa was incredibly relaxing; I highly recommend the hot stone massage. The hotel's water quality is excellent; we've stayed at several places and this one, with its built-in showerheads, was virtually spotless – even better than the Intercontinental. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant by the pool was just okay, but the in-room dining food was also very good."

"We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort. The property is beautiful, with a private beach, a large swimming pool, well-maintained gardens, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge variety of local and international dishes, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. One thing that could be improved is the all-inclusive package. While meals and drinks were good, don’t expect snacks to be available throughout the day. Between lunch and dinner, the only complimentary snack provided was peanuts. If you’re looking for light bites like sandwiches, pastries, fries, or other snacks in the afternoon, these are not included, so you’ll have to wait until dinner service or purchase food separately. This was a little disappointing, as most people would expect an all-inclusive package to include more substantial snacks throughout the day."

"This resort has the most affordable rates among the other higher-tiered resorts along this stretch of beach so you get what you pay for correspondingly. (1) Room: I was given a free upgrade from Superior garden room to Premium deluxe garden room in a 5-storey building with lifts. I like the huge space and balcony (2 main differences from the Superior room). Essential items found in room: safe, hairdryer, kettle, minibar, toiletries, 42” smart TV, rubber flip flops, bottled water and towels of different sizes. No bathrobe or ironing equipment. Furnishings - obviously old and worn especially the dirty balcony chairs/table, the stained/peeled veneer on tray for the toiletries and room's discoloured phone. Spring mattress creaked with even slight movements - not ideal but bearable. Most important to me: my room was clean, facilities worked fine and I didn't see any insects or detect any foul smell. (2) Service: Staff are poorly trained. Most are indifferent and slow especially the staff in the restaurant during breakfast hours (6.30 - 10 am). None of them understood the urgent need to clear tables quickly or replenish cutlery, glasses, cups etc (all were used up befor 9 am on some days). Many dirty tables and staff were oblivious to them. The best staff are the housekeeping team - the most pleasant and responsive! (3) Location: safe, beautiful and fairly clean for beach strolls, more appealing than My Khe beach (definitely less crowded). Two new minimarts within 10 minutes' walk from hotel (one directly opposite Marriott and one opposite Koi resort). Some small restaurants diagonally across the road. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, mostly due to the wonderful beach, just metres away, in front of the hotel. The affordable room rate (at the time of my hotel search) was certainly another big draw too!"

"The rooms are well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, bright, and uniquely designed! The staff are very friendly! It's definitely worth staying again and again! I've stayed here multiple times already! I'll be back here next time! I don't want to go anywhere else! It's a truly excellent place."

"KOI is possibly one of the best resorts around Hoi An. I’d say even better than Victoria, which is right next to it, opposite road. Also have a look at Nesta, towards town - recently opened and looks amazing. KOI is accessed via a bridge next to a small parking used as a drop off and pick up place for Grab and vans. Make sure you add your pinpoint there outside the green area on Grab to avoid having the drivers going to the back of the hotel which is closed to pedestrians. Overall all excellent: great amenities, incredible pool, great breakfast, excellent room and a car to take you to your room or to from reception or even bikes you can borrow if you wanna bike around the hotel area or to your room. Staff very pleasant and attentive. If I were to return I’d surely stay here again. Only down - spa, pool bar and restaurant a tad overpriced compared to town. A Grab into town costs about 3/5 euros depending on time of day."

"We arrived at the hotel quite late & the staff greeted us with fresh fruit & a positive attitude. Checking in was very swift & they even brought our bags up to the room! The hotel has quite a strong lemon scent, which can be a bit overpowering if you are sensitive to it, but it did make everything seem that little bit more luxurious. The breakfast was decked out with multiple different options, ranging from pastries, fruit, eggs, hot food, cold food, salad & cheese bar & an assortment of beverages. The room itself was lush; we had a great balcony overlooking the surrounding area (which you could see for dozens & dozens miles) The pool is great, but I recommend using it in the morning to catch the sun, otherwise it can start to get quite shaded in the afternoon. There are a lot of local spots nearby, perfect if you want to get a real feel of the country. Our favourite was just 10minutes walk away (15.89512° N, 108.32828° E) - a cafe with great atmosphere & a lovely man who runs it. He even let us have our food with the puppies! If you are traveling to the old town, they have free shuttle transfers, but I definitely recommend the Grab motorbikes; they are very efficient & come to the hotel very quickly. Overall, it was a great stay & I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay!"

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room always worked and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. We had a delicious Vietnamese-style dinner. The massage was very good! The hotel has a resort area on the beach (with a pool), they drive you there by car, but you can also walk, it takes about 10-15 minutes. However, it was noisy there, so we went to the beach across from the hotel, where it was quiet, and sun loungers and drinks were inexpensive, almost like in a store. It's a quiet hotel for a family vacation. Breakfasts are Asian style, and the coffee from the machine is delicious! There are many tasty cafes near the hotel."
