"We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort. The property is beautiful, with a private beach, a large swimming pool, well-maintained gardens, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge variety of local and international dishes, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. One thing that could be improved is the all-inclusive package. While meals and drinks were good, don’t expect snacks to be available throughout the day. Between lunch and dinner, the only complimentary snack provided was peanuts. If you’re looking for light bites like sandwiches, pastries, fries, or other snacks in the afternoon, these are not included, so you’ll have to wait until dinner service or purchase food separately. This was a little disappointing, as most people would expect an all-inclusive package to include more substantial snacks throughout the day."

"This was my first time staying at a Banyan Tree property and my first trip to Vietnam, so I was excited yet a little nervous. The experience turned out to be unexpectedly amazing, truly exceeding all my expectations. While this hotel isn't brand new, all the furniture and bathroom fixtures are impeccably maintained. Compared to other brand hotels I've stayed at recently, like the Westin in Phuket or even the Dusit Thani in the Maldives, Banyan Tree's brand standards are consistently stable and thorough. They offer twice-daily housekeeping, daily small gifts, and snacks, and on the last day, a bubble bath and romantic setup for two – all delightful surprises. Since our villa was on top of the hill, the buggy service was always prompt. Every staff member offered genuine, smiling service, incredibly patient, and even with limited English, there was none of that typical 'customer service' fake smile you often see in the hospitality industry. The spa truly deserves a special mention; I tried both the Banyan Tree and Angsana sister hotels' spas. The techniques were professional, the therapists put in great effort, and it was excellent value for money. I visited the spa four times during my seven-night, eight-day stay and still wanted more. Words can't express how highly I recommend it. I'm actually a very picky person, and a germaphobe, and over the past two decades, I've stayed at various five-star island resorts across several continents. This time, I'm truly grateful because it was a last-minute decision – I only booked and paid in September. After the trip, my initial apprehension turned into gratitude and satisfaction. I must say, Banyan Tree has won me over. I hope to try their properties in China this year."

"Gorgeous tropical, relaxed vibe — the InterContinental Danang is genuinely beautiful. Service can be a bit slow at times, but honestly it just forces you to slow down too, which fits the atmosphere perfectly. Breakfast at Citron is the absolute highlight and a must — get there early to secure outdoor seating with those incredible views. Be prepared to spend an hour just taking photos for social media; it's that picturesque. Barefoot, the Italian spot by the beach, was excellent. The pizza was probably one of the best I've had in Vietnam (yes, better than Pizza 4P's). Dessert was fantastic too. Be sure to book activities as soon as you arrive, as they fill up fast. La Maison 1888, the Michelin 1-star, was a bit of a letdown in my opinion — too expensive, too salty, and just okay overall. You're probably better off saving your money for an omakase elsewhere, or a proper 2 or 3-star experience. The HARNN Heritage Spa massage, while around 7x more expensive than what you'd pay outside the resort, was surprisingly excellent and well worth the splurge."

"Mình ở đây 2 ngày và khá hài lòng. Vị trí gần biển An Bàng, cách phố cổ Hội An tầm 5km – yên tĩnh nhưng vẫn tiện đi chơi. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng gợi ý điểm tham quan. Phòng có bếp riêng, rất tiện nếu đi theo nhóm hoặc gia đình. Bữa sáng đa dạng và ngon miệng. Tuy nhiên, phòng hơi ẩm và có mùi mốc nhẹ. Muỗi cũng khá nhiều do nhà vườn nhiều cây cối – có thể chuẩn bị kem chống muỗi trước. "I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel is simply perfect. It's large and quiet. Their spa is ideal – I arrived just as it was closing, but they were incredibly accommodating and let me enjoy an hour-long massage after a full day at Ba Na Hills. The herbal compress massage, by the way, was the best I've had during my entire trip to Vietnam. The restaurant is open until 10 PM, and I really enjoyed the food. The next day, after breakfast, I took their shuttle for 50,000 VND round trip to My Son. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, giving you a great chance to be among the first at My Son and avoid the crowds. The pool, by the way, is clean and doesn't smell of chlorine; I managed to swim and sunbathe before checking out. It's a shame I had everything planned out and couldn't stay for a couple more days."

"This hotel has the feel of a new-era five-star establishment, with friendly and attentive staff. The room's bathroom and toilet are separate, but the shower room oddly lacks a glass door, so water inevitably splashes out, making the bathroom floor slippery. There's a power outlet on the hairdryer rack in the toilet, but my own curling iron couldn't be used with it; you'll need to bring a travel adapter. The King Size bed features a mattress that feels like being enveloped by clouds. There are two types of feather pillows, one large and one small; I personally think a small memory foam pillow would be a better option than the small feather one. The room provides bottled water in glass bottles. It would be more convenient for travelers if these were replaced with plastic bottles for easier portability when going out. The room also boasts a spacious balcony, but unfortunately, it was locked, preventing us from enjoying the view. As for the location, it's not far from Han Market, easily reachable on foot, and close to popular spots like Pizza 4P's."

"This hotel really gives off a resort vibe, with lush frangipani trees, banana trees, and bougainvillea. It's also far enough from the bustling heart of the old town, making it very quiet and comfortable. Most guests are white families, and the overall quality of the guests is very high. Each room has a balcony, which is perfect for reading or just relaxing. The rooms are also quite spacious, and there's turndown service every night. Laundry is very affordable. However, the bedding isn't very comfortable to sleep on, and the 'king' beds are actually two beds pushed together. Breakfast is also pretty mediocre, with limited variety and not many edible options. The service is very proactive and enthusiastic. In summary, it feels very much like a resort, but the bedding comfort is lacking, and the breakfast food and taste are just average."
