"We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Danang Beach Resort. The property is beautiful, with a private beach, a large swimming pool, well-maintained gardens, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with a huge variety of local and international dishes, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. One thing that could be improved is the all-inclusive package. While meals and drinks were good, don’t expect snacks to be available throughout the day. Between lunch and dinner, the only complimentary snack provided was peanuts. If you’re looking for light bites like sandwiches, pastries, fries, or other snacks in the afternoon, these are not included, so you’ll have to wait until dinner service or purchase food separately. This was a little disappointing, as most people would expect an all-inclusive package to include more substantial snacks throughout the day."

"Having stayed at a Banyan Tree resort in the past, I had high expectations of this resort and I have to say, it did not disappoint me in one bit. Firstly, I have to mention the exceptional service. There is not a single thing the staff are not prepared to do in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Being a Muslim traveller, we had some concerns regarding the halal aspect of the menu. But I'm glad to say that the chefs understood the requirements and accommodated us flawlessly. We stayed in the pool beach villa for my daughter's 27th birthday, we booked two side by side. The villa itself was sensational. Getting up in the morning, walking on your own patio to your private pool, a stone throw away from the sandy beach, it's literally heaven on earth. Again, I will go back to the service levels because this is what truly makes Banyan Tree the special brand that it is. Thank you so much for your hospitality and your caring. Special mention to Nhi, Hung and Tan for making it extra special. The only downside is that it's slightly off the beaten track. A night out in Danang is a 2 hour round trip. But we spent the first 5 days of our holiday doing all the exploring and Banyan Tree Lang Co was the perfect wind down before heading home. I highly recommend anyone looking for a luxury escape in Vietnam, pick this place!"

"Pros: 1. The hotel's natural environment is excellent, offering sightings of incredibly rare protected animals. They also provide a free wildlife tour, which I highly recommend. It's a fantastic experience to simply walk around the hotel and spot monkeys foraging. 2. The service is outstanding. The hotel staff are attentive and very considerate of guests. The welcome drink was delicious. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and I received a room upgrade with a great view and a spacious layout. 3. The slippers were very comfortable. The breakfast tableware was exquisite. Cons for me: 1. The claim of being the 'most beautiful Intercontinental' is an exaggeration. Some areas even felt [as pictured], though I suppose one could call it 'unique.' Personally, I found it gaudy. 2. I strongly recommend including executive lounge access. If you arrive early, since there's no air conditioning in the public areas, the only cool indoor space to relax is the executive lounge. Otherwise, you're stuck waiting in the hotel lobby, and elderly guests and children need to be careful to avoid heatstroke. 3. The breakfast was delicious, and the fruit quality was high. However, it's baffling why the other restaurants were so bad. After reading reviews that even the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant wasn't great, I booked a package that included dinner. I paid extra to change the dishes, but they were still terrible. It was arguably the worst meal I had in Vietnam. 4. Although the hotel was uncrowded and had a good environment, the beach quality was very average, and the loungers by the sea started closing down every day at 6 PM. In summary, I think this Intercontinental is worth staying at, but don't go in with exceptionally high expectations."

"Mình ở đây 2 ngày và khá hài lòng. Vị trí gần biển An Bàng, cách phố cổ Hội An tầm 5km – yên tĩnh nhưng vẫn tiện đi chơi. Nhân viên cực kỳ thân thiện và nhiệt tình, luôn sẵn sàng gợi ý điểm tham quan. Phòng có bếp riêng, rất tiện nếu đi theo nhóm hoặc gia đình. Bữa sáng đa dạng và ngon miệng. Tuy nhiên, phòng hơi ẩm và có mùi mốc nhẹ. Muỗi cũng khá nhiều do nhà vườn nhiều cây cối – có thể chuẩn bị kem chống muỗi trước. Tổng thể vẫn là một chỗ nghỉ dễ thương, đáng cân nhắc nếu bạn thích không gian xanh và gần biển."

"I'm absolutely thrilled! This hotel is simply perfect. It's large and quiet. Their spa is ideal – I arrived just as it was closing, but they were incredibly accommodating and let me enjoy an hour-long massage after a full day at Ba Na Hills. The herbal compress massage, by the way, was the best I've had during my entire trip to Vietnam. The restaurant is open until 10 PM, and I really enjoyed the food. The next day, after breakfast, I took their shuttle for 50,000 VND round trip to My Son. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, giving you a great chance to be among the first at My Son and avoid the crowds. The pool, by the way, is clean and doesn't smell of chlorine; I managed to swim and sunbathe before checking out. It's a shame I had everything planned out and couldn't stay for a couple more days."

"My second stay in just over a year as I really enjoyed staying here first time around. Glad to find the resort is still as impeccable and luxurious as before. I really like the room here as it’s big, modern and has a touch of luxury. The breakfast buffet is so good here and the ingredients are very high quality - it’s always a thing I look forward every day while staying here. I made a request for high floor which was fulfilled but the initial room was too far from the lift for my elderly mom and so I request the customer service using WhatsApp to assign me to a different room. The WhatsApp guest service is top notch and I get a response fairly quickly and we like the second room assigned very much, although there is a bit of wait while changing room. A minor point as well is the room toilet do not have shower bidet which is usually standard in Vietnamese hotels. I was looking forward for the pickleball training but I couldn’t use the free pickleball facility this time around as the indoor court is under renovation, and only 1030am slot is available for training which will use outdoor court. It’s simply not doable as the weather is so hot at this time in danang. I hope mgmt can consider different time slot next time such as earlier or much later if indoor court is not available yet. Swimming pool is so much cleaner this time than my first visit. There was algae at the bottom in my first visit that I have feedback to management, and they did take notice and put to action. Also the shuttle bus situation is now ample, we manage to catch shuttle back to hotel from Hoian every time now, unlike before where the bus was always full and we had to take grab back. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and glad management reacted to feedback positively and implemented changes. Keep up the good work."

"The highlight of my stay was definitely the spectacular view from the master bedroom of the 2-bedroom apartment. I had a direct view of the Macau vs. Germany fireworks display on June 21, which was absolutely marvelous. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with a washing machine and a functional kitchen. The bed was comfortable and met the standards I’d expect from an international 5-star hotel. The property is showing its age, however. While everything is generally well maintained, the furnishings feel dated and somewhat inexpensive. The hallways in the apartment tower are also rather dark and can be difficult to navigate. Service was adequate but unremarkable, nothing particularly stood out, either positively or negatively. Overall, a comfortable stay with fantastic views and practical apartment-style facilities, though the interiors could benefit from a refresh."

"Such an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. Loved it from arrival and was pleased that at 12pm we could check so early amazing. The hotel is very clean and the staff cannot do enough for you. Food was plentiful at breakfast and very fresh. We had a ground floor room which we assumed had access directly to the pool, this was our only issue as it had a huge wall window which did not open so no direct access. Not a major issue however due to the tinted glass it made the room appear dark when it was bright outside. This would not deter us from staying here again. Central to most things and such an amazing stay probably the best sleep ive had in a long time Many thanks"
