"Hello, fellow travelers! Nature Resort Hoi An is constantly improving – they've added a pool, which makes the stay even more comfortable. However, be sure to double-check your room's specifications. We were given a room noticeably smaller than advertised, and the bed was narrower than stated during booking. Luckily, the staff quickly offered another option with a more comfortable bed. Breakfasts are nothing fancy, but if you arrive right when they open, the selection is quite good. Despite these minor issues, the hotel remains a decent option for its price range. "All staff at the Peninsula hotel were incredible; everyone was very helpful, welcoming and attentive. We were treated like royalty on arrival, and were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary afternoon tea and access to lounge breakfast each day. The views from the lounge restaurant were superb! During the stay, I was awoken by neighbours in the early hours of the morning. The hotel were very apologetic and upgraded my room on the last night. This was a kind and much appreciated gesture. The hotel walls are unfortunately very thin as I could hear people in the corridors at all times. In addition, as much as the hotel room door security alarm feature is useful, it is incredibly sensitive and disturbing when neighbours re-enter their room on the middle of the night and don't close their doors properly! The hotel is located conveniently across the road from the beach. The views were superb. The hotel does not have any sun loungers on the beach, which was a little frustrating but admittedly, a first world problem. I paid to use the pool/sunlounger/beach facilities of the hotel nextdoor instead for a relatively cheap price. We felt misled by the rooftop pool facilities. The pool itself is amazing - great views and lovely waterfalls. However, I don't think it is too much to ask for a hotel of this size to provide more than four sun loungers. We were very disappointed. All in all, a hotel with amazing staff, great views and incredible breakfast! The constant disturbance from neighbours and lack of sun loungers do not make it the relaxing hotel we were looking for."

"I would like to start with the positive side first. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in one of the best parts of the coastline. Due to a visa delay, I had to arrive a few days late for my reservation. Even though I sent multiple emails asking for support, the hotel did not help at all and I lost several paid nights. Housekeeping was quite late every day, and on the first day the towels and pillows had a humid smell. There is also ongoing construction around the hotel. I have stayed in many Wyndham hotels before, but unfortunately this branch did not feel like the usual Wyndham quality. After getting to know the area better, I also think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers."

"The location is fantastic! It's a three-minute walk to Hoi An Night Market and five minutes to the ancient town center. The Thu Bon River is just two blocks away, so after a drink at a riverside bar in the evening, it's only a three-minute stroll back to the homestay. Being tucked away in an alley means it's surprisingly quiet. Plus, there are plenty of local restaurants nearby whose food is just as good, if not better, than those overpriced, Michelin-recommended influencer spots."

"Was so disgusted when I realized that they didnt change the bedsheet. It was so obvious as shown on the photos attached. There'se even some sort of oil stain that is somewhat still fresh and a dirt in the other side. Im 100% certain it was not just a stain, it is a dirt, seems like used to wipe a.dirty feet. It is so obvious because sheet is obviously crumpled. I couldnt sleep peacefully as it feels itchy. Good thing I stayed overnight only. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL."

"I can't think of a single bad word when I recall my time at this hotel. Everything was top-notch, from the reception area to the gym, the pool, and even the laundry service. It's a really great hotel; everything is clean, the housekeeping is excellent, the staff are friendly and very pleasant, and the breakfast is varied. The gym is well-equipped with all the necessary gear. There's a small shopping center nearby with a grocery store and a Starbucks, as well as many eateries on the 4th floor. You'll need to take a taxi to the beach, but the pool is so clean and enjoyable that you won't even want to go anywhere else. The hotel also offers spa services. I highly recommend it! Thank you for your hospitality. We checked in at 9:00 AM using the 50% off early check-in service, bought breakfast, and even made it in time for it, as it was served until 10:30 AM."

"As a relatively new hotel, the facilities and rooms were incredibly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, diligently addressing even the smallest issues, which I truly appreciated. It was also a plus that there was a staff member who could speak Korean. While there were a couple of mix-ups on the hotel's part, they handled them smoothly and professionally in the end, so I was satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was a bit disappointing; however, it was perfectly fine for a quick morning bite. The peach yogurt was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too! If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel."

"A nice room with all the amenities, it's fine for a few days. There were some downsides, of course: the hotel isn't fully ready! The pool won't be open for a while; it's under renovation. At 8 a.m., they started doing major renovations right above us, and it was too much. We were on the sixth floor, and renovations were underway on the seventh."

"Our room with a river view was really nice. The only improvement would be to change the bed setting to view the river from bed, instead of looking at the side of the building next door. Mostly, the service was good, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the finer details. A lot of the time I felt staff were working for the Corporation (Hilton) rather than the customer. Some things where improvement could be made. 1. Paying a VND17m deposit on arrival was a bit of shock to me. I've stayed in 50+ hotels over the last 3 years, and I have never had to pay such a large deposit. 2. I tried to order some eggs Benedict for room service around midday. The staff refused to offer it even though it was being offered from 11.00-14.00 on the brunch offer - surely this could have been achieved. Small but annoying and reflective, I think, of the staff mentality to customer service that could be improved through better training. 3. Another small one, we got our laundry done externally, and the provider delivered our laundry back to the hotel 3 times. Instead of sending the laundry up to the room, the staff just kept it at the service desk. It wouldn't take much to deliver it to the room, or call the room. 4. We booked a room with a river view, but we couldn't see the fireworks from the room. So, we thought maybe we could go to higher floors to watch. Instead we were told we'd need to book a seat at the restaurant and pay VND2.4m to watch. Disappointing to say the least. 5. Toilet cistern was broken. We stayed at the hotel for 17 days, and was never fixed. Surely the cleaning staff were aware of this. 6. The vegetable lasagne was very poor. Basically just layers of pasta with potato and a carrot in soup bowl. 7. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The staff don't check when it's near empty? I know by themselves these things seem small, but together they just add up and leave a sense of disappointment. The staff need to be trained to change their mentality to focus on customer service. The week before, I stayed at Silverland May Ho Chi Minh. I suggest someone from the Hilton Da Nang go and stay there to see how customer service should be done. The good things in terms of service. 1. The room service and parking staff were very friendly. 2. The cleaning staff were very flexible in terms of their timing. 3. The room service prices were quite reasonable. The location is not the greatest. About 10 minutes walk from all the action. The gym was good."

"I’m solo travelling through vietnam for two weeks. Living between budget but also not sacrificing comfort. For the price, this hotel is a super bargain. I spent a lot of times surveying every properties around, this is the only one that looks promising to me. The breakfast is very good and everything is clean. Will come back again next time I go to hoi an and will recommend it to anyone going there. I have a lot of trust issues, they never break it so far. They gave me a brekkie box because I checked out at 4.30am too. The room is so comfy, I stayed in my room a lot because of it. Hot water takes a while sometimes, most of the times it’s fine 👍🏻👍🏻"
