"I've stayed at this brand's hotels many times in different cities. Whenever I travel, if there's a convenient location for this brand, I always choose it. I generally think highly of this brand, but my experience at the Turpan Gaochang branch this time was extremely disappointing. After arriving at the hotel following my navigation, I drove into the parking lot and found no spaces. Just as I was about to back out, a car left, so I maneuvered my car into that spot. While backing up, suddenly a person in hotel uniform started aggressively banging on my car window. I rolled down the window, thinking it was some kind of ****, because the uniform was a plain black T-shirt, and I couldn't see the logo until I rolled down the window. He said parking wasn't allowed there, with a very rude attitude and aggressive tone. I asked if he could speak more calmly, explaining that I had a child in the car who was frightened, and asked him to lower his voice. I then told him I was a guest and that the spot had just been vacated. However, he wouldn't listen to my explanation or consider my child, and still rudely insisted I leave. Frustrated, I had to call the front desk. Following their instructions, I drove to a new parking spot. When checking in, I reported the situation truthfully. The front desk staff told me they would relay it to the manager and give me a response, and then I checked in as normal. The next morning, when checking out, I brought up two issues with the front desk: first, the parking incident from the previous night, and second, I played them a video showing that whenever the upstairs room used water at night, there was a very loud noise downstairs that disturbed my sleep. The front desk again used the excuse that the manager was very busy and asked me to wait. After waiting for a while, I stated that I was traveling and needed to leave, and asked them to inform me later if they had a response. During this time, I didn't ask the hotel for any compensation; I just hoped for an apology, at least so my child wouldn't feel that traveling meant such an encounter. Of course, the end result is that to this day, no one from the hotel has contacted me, and their so-called manager never showed up to explain. If the hotel believed the parking staff's attitude and handling were acceptable, they could have told me then, and I would have simply not checked in and gone to another hotel. But the hotel told me they would forward it to the manager and provide a response via monitoring, which never happened. So I am very, very angry. I have already reported this to various relevant departments. I understand this feedback might fall on deaf ears, and the hotel won't make any concessions, but I still hope this review can be seen by everyone."

The rooms are even better than pictured, spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bedding is soft, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom is spotless and fresh, with a separate wet and dry area, a smart toilet, no odors, and no hard-to-clean spots – a true haven for cleanliness enthusiasts. The service is top-notch. The hotel housekeeper communicates via WeChat, providing attentive service whenever needed, and all staff are warm, patient, and thorough. Upon check-out, we received a large box of famous Turpan grapes as a souvenir, which perfectly fulfilled my wish to try the grapes during my visit to Turpan – I was truly touched. The hotel's spacious parking lot in front, exquisite lobby and facilities, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and rich, delicious breakfast truly left a deep impression. I highly recommend this conveniently located, high-quality, and great value-for-money hotel."

"One of the best B&Bs I've encountered on this trip! The only pity is that the grapes are not ripe yet and can only be picked in July and August. I went to the sand therapy area to experience the heat of Turpan. To be honest, I really felt that the humidity was discharged a little hahaha. I will come here again next time! The service provided by the handsome guys Zuli and Nayi at the front desk was really great!"

"Toilet very close to bed, glass door which you can see through. The sink was also separate from the bathroom. The aircondition barely worked making the room very hot and hard to sleep in. Breakfast not very impressive in terms of the selection. However, the service was very good and the hotel is good in terms of the price overall."

Aircon is impressive, able to keep the room cold enough even though it's quite hot outside. Room is spacious enough, and comes equipped with an AI assistant that responds to "小度，小度" - this is honestly the first time I've encountered this and it was quite innovative. Service staff are friendly and responsive, and provided for all my requests. Overall was a very good experience that greatly exceeded my expectations."
